The drinks are great, the baristas are friendly. There are a number of Starbucks locations closer to my house, but if I ever need to get work done, I’ll drive slightly out of my way to come here. It doesn’t have the same tiny, cramped, «someone is looking over my shoulder at my computer screen» feeling that I’ve become accustomed to with Starbucks.

Monique is truly a remarkable employee. She went beyond being courteous and friendly. She helped me with my last minute Christmas presents and helped spruced up the packaging. My gift cards presents now look appealing. Instead of just the plain red envelope, she gave the great idea of reusable cups with stuffing. So now the GC are cushioned with stuffing with in cute reusable cups tied with a festive ribbon! I’m so glad Starbucks has such a creative, helpful team member. Thank you so much Monique! Thank you for even sprucing up the bag with tissue paper. You are amazing!

I came here last night for work got my same Carmel brûlée hot tall and I ended up getting charged for a grande and my coffee was cold at the point were I could chug it I ended up calling them the same night and they gave me a new coffee the next day thank you guys for being awesome I’m always happy with you and your team

I was waiting for a project to print nearby so I stopped here since it has the best rating and I see why. It’s not the workers (but they are quite fab and helpful). I have been here about 3 hours now and I have seen one couple breakup, someone get fired during a meeting, a couple is signing papers to their house and a man in a tan suit is now on his third latte (bet he is enjoying the show this Starbucks is putting on too). Most entertaining Starbucks run ever.

The holiday fraps aren’t icy, and they were more like a cold drink, plus the bathroom was dirty and didn’t have any toilet paper. My
friend and I waited 20 mins and they still haven’t come to clean the table. If it weren’t sticky I would clean it myself but I don’t want it to get on laptop. Still waiting. That is why I wanted to do this survey. However I think most Starbucks bathrooms are being ignored more so now but I was disappointed in this one for sure. I asked the same server again and she said give us a minute with an attitude when I’ve waited much longer than 20 to ask again. Poor management.

Jipped me out of my caramel when i asked for it upside-​down thats the 2nd time i get jipped the 1st one they didn’t give me my expresso shots and what is up with them getting annoyed when i ask for my receipt? did they go green? cuz i sure didnt get that memo lol this location never fails to disappoint

Stopped by on my way up to LA. Google must have known I was thinking about coffee and had me driving up Studebaker Rd.
Went through the drive through. The employees worked fast and had me on my way. Order came out as expected.
Would gladly stop by again next time I am in the area.

I really like this location. Out of all of the Starbucks in my area, this one is my favorite to visit.
This particular Starbucks doesn’t have a drive-​thru, but there’s always ample parking, and the line (when there is one) moves quickly.
If you visit in the morning, it’s not unusual to come across some transients in the immediate area, but they rarely ever cause a scene.
The staff are generally nice; and best of all, my drink always tastes perfect!

This Starbucks is a larger location with a friendly staff. The store is located right next to an Office Depot. The drinks were fine but I did not like how the bathrooms required a special code to enter. Kinda a minor annoyance to me.

Its as if they are the knock of starbucks location. Out of everything, dont have this, dont have that. But what I will say is that they make a mean caramel nonfat macchiato and they are super friendly even though they were out of everything.

The service in terms of time was piss-​poor. I had one girl in front of that requested three latte’s. I ordered a latte and it took forever. They were nice enough but the barista manning the fort was inexperienced.
Product was good and I am glad I came in when I did. As I picked up my drink I noticed a line of six people forming. Good luck.

This Starbucks location is pretty nice inside. Just like any other Starbucks in terms of the ambiance. At least this location wasn’t as crowded compared to the other ones I have been to.
The baristas here are also friendly. Very courteous as they take your order. The coffee is good, and the aroma in the coffee house is great! My drink comes out fast too since it was in the afternoon… and I needed my coffee fix. Yes, I am an addict! LOL.
At least the wifi here is faster because there is more bandwidth available for the customers since it’s not as crowded. Nice place to hang out and maybe do some studying too.
I like Starbucks!
