Answer the phone. You claim to open at 9am but from 10:00 to 10:30 I have gotten no one to answer. You are a delivery business and you’re losing customers.

Every time I call this place, the line rings on and on and I never get any service. I even try calling over 5 times to see if someone picks up, but it’s always so busy or no one is picking up the phone. I’ve tried calling between 10 – 11 am and still, no answer. Aside from that complaint, I’ve only tried the Meat Lover’s Pizza which tastes amazing! That’s the only reason why I go back to this place.

Pizzas were nice and fresh and looked and tasted delicious. Time for delivery a little long but worth the wait. I like this pizza place lot better than Pizza Hut! The only thing I would of liked better would be larger pizzas.

Pizza itself was pretty good. Hot and fresh. But, delivery to my hotel(just 1.5 miles away) took almost 1 hour 25 minutes! Price was right and quality good, just prepare for long delivery time.

I agree with a few of the previous reviews. It is hit or miss with this place. You can get good pizza at a great price or you can get blah pizza at an okay price. Luckily, I’ve never gotten a «nasty» pizza here. The language barrier can be a problem when ordering, because they’ll either add something you didn’t want or completely miss something you did want. I don’t order from then often anymore because of the above mentioned, but when I do, I like their family meals, which include a large pizza, spaghetti, garlic bread and salad.

This is the worst place!!! I walked in with my family to purchase a pizza since that is what the kiddos wanted for dinner and not only was the man behind the counter rude but he didn’t want to listen to my questions. I asked that the specials were and it bothered him to explain them. Never again

This place has some really delicious and fresh pizza. I’m giving them 4 stars instead of 5 because sometimes when I call to order there is a language barrier and the person answering the phone isn’t always fluent in English the first language of most of the people who work there is Spanish. To get around this issue I order online through their website which helps avoid a lot of the confusion. They have a pretty extensive menu, I also love their pasta dishes, chicken wings, and their garlic bread is very fresh buttery and good. One tip I would give is to order from their website which is also mobile user friendly in case you want to do it quickly from your phone, or iPad. Their website it helps avoid the language issues because the person who answers the phone isn’t always fluent in English and is more fluent in Spanish. You can also see some of their other good foods they have on their more extensive menu. You can so save a little money with ordering one of their specials through their website.

30 minutes late. Soggy dough — ingredients slipped off. I had to fold it like a taco just to be able to keep the ingredients and pizza intact so that I can hold it up long enough to eat it. Flavor? On a scale of 1 – 10(10 being great) I’d say this was 3.

I am a fan of this place. The ingredients are obviously fresh including the dough. The downside of this place is that its hit or miss. I’ve eaten here and the food was amazing and I’ve eaten here and it tasted ok. I continue to patronize Pizza Man because they are open late, they are friendly, food is good and that garlic bread… good god. If you are a garlic bread fan you gotta get a taste of this. As far as pizza’s goes the price point is very competitive. You are definitely getting value for every dollar you spend.

The pizza and wings were ok. But the delivery took an hr and twenty minutes and when we called to see the guy who answered the phone was rude. We will never order from here again.

The pizza here is delicious!!! Yess they are under New managment. Its family owned by a really nice family. So dont go by the menu and prices on their website since its from previous owners. So far i have tried the pizza the wings and the spaghetti&meatballs and i must say they wer are really good at a great price. The wings wer still delicious the next day after puting them in the oven for a bit. Cant wait to eat here again soon. Support locan family owned buisnesses.

I have never ordered from here and decided to try it out after reading all the good review. 2 phone calls and«don’t worry about it your pizza will be there» and an hour and a half later, still no pizza!!! I will never call or order from them again. Having a 5 month old and a 6 year old I didn’t want to leave the house and I guess this is what I get. Goodness Gracious!!!

Maybe I should have ordered pizza. I ordered a 20 piece regular buffalo wings and a salad. and a Coke. I specifically asked for(2) blue cheese dressings… maybe they didn’t have blue cheese, but I got ranch(whatever), but only one! Not very logical for a 20 piece buffalo wing order and a salad. I had to split the ranch with my salad and my wings! The horror! It was delivered, so I didn’t want to be a pain and have them come back just to bring me more dressing. It was also disappointing that the ranch was in a pouch… something like you’d get at McDonald’s or Jack in the Box. Usually one of the best things about a pizza place’s wings is their freshly made dressings… but not here. Other than that, the wings were a bit soggy, and pretty huge… probably some hormone pumped chicken they’re using… hence the low price. Only ate about 6 of them. Might throw the others in the oven later to get rid of the sogginess. I was able to order online easily, and the delivery took about 40 minutes during lunch time, so not all bad. If I order again, I won’t be getting the wings. Maybe pizza. The coke was good. It was in a can.

Great pizza. Sauce is delicious and the ingredients are really fresh. Also inexpensive! This place is truly a honey hole! The reason I didn’t give it all 5 stars is because there are too many chivatos lurking around outside. Oh, also the owners wife has a NICE pair of ta-tas, very easy on the eyes mind you. That’s all I got to say, if you’re ever taking Torito to cash his check stop by for some delicious pie.

The owners here are super cool and very nice =]. Now the pizza is awesome. It is a great alternative to Little Ceasers because for $ 5 you can get a large pizza with any topping instead of just cheese or just peperoni. It’s a great pizzeria in Norwalk and I recommended.
