Ring’s End

I have spent a lot of money at Rings End in the last few years. I’ve purchased tons of paint and supplies, had keys made, bought Christmas presents for my «handy» husband. I appreciate the small store and the expert advice you can get there. It is far more convenient than Home Depot!
HOWEVER, I believe if you’re going to offer a service you should do so willingly. I recently brought back used paint and the associate gave me a lot of attitude. He accepted the paint grudgingly and acted as if I was imposing on him. Well guess what? I brought some paint back to Sherwin Williams and they were SUPER friendly about it. I guess I will be buying my paint there from now on.
Oh yea, one more thing. I was going to purchase $ 1000’s of dollars in window treatments at Rings End but they took my information and NEVER called me back. So I spent the money at Blinds to Go. Too bad. It is a really nice store.
(I want to clarify I was returning paint for recycling. You pay a fee for this service when you buy the paint.)
