I pulled up to this wash house at 8:55pm. The attendant already had the door lock. Grant it, the sign read last wash at 9:00pm, she wouldn’t let me in. She, being a blondish-​red, long hair Hispanic lady with reddish-​brown drawn on eyebrows. I proceeded to tell her I just need to wash a really small load, & I won’t bring in all my clothes. The &!tch was rude and not in the holiday spirit. I’ve been coming here for 4 years, & never have been turned away. Additionally, they close at 11:00pm per the sign in their building. I will be coming back to talk to the manager. I want a damn apology, & I want to make sure her paycheck for 11⁄27 don’t reflect her being here til 11pm.
