Went here tonight to try to fix an issue .was going to be helped by Lalo but as soon as he heard my situation which is complicated he didn’t want to help anymore he was supposed to call customer service and be told the girl working with him that he didn’t want to do it and she could he was on his phone most of the time, they couldn’t fix my issue which wasn’t the problem the customer service was horrible, never going back.

I walked into this store 20 minutes before closing and was greeted by Jesus,(I had just visited the Sprint store inside Radio Shack in the Norwalk square, which was still open for 40 minutes and was told it was going to be a long wait I might as well make an appointment for tomorrow) well Jesus was more than happy to help me and my girlfriend, he was very professional, knowledgeable about the plans, made my transition to Sprint(from Verizon) a pleasurable experience, great customer service! Ask for Jesus and you will not be sorry!

This place is the worst to go for any type of service both times I’ve gone in the same sales person tills me I can’t do that with my service I would never recommend anyone to go there for anything this place is real bad I gave them 1 star but that is 1 star to many

Horrible customer service… I went in asking if this particular store was a Corporate Store or Authorized Retail, one of the two male employees(Joshua Rodriguez) said it was a franchise but the same as a corporate store. So I continued and asked about adding a 3rd line to my plan up to that point was it was good. When he finished explaining he said I would have to add a device to that line, I said fine; Let’s do it. Then he started explaining I would have to make payments on the device I stopped him right there. I told him I was signing up for an additional 2 Year Service Agreement and didn’t want to lease or make Payments on the device. He then advised that I couldn’t do that because there was no longer 2-Year agreement contracts. I informed him that I qualified via the Sprint Web Site and he said«Well that doesn’t apply here…» Again, I stated that they had informed me that they do all the promotions a Corporate Sprint Stores does, and he stated some not all… Totally unacceptable and misleading. I asked to tell me where was the nearest corporate store to take my business there… Bunch of Sarcastic Pricks…

Had a horrible experience at T-Mobile in Norwalk & went back to sprint. Cesar helped us with a professional attitude, answered all our questions & did an amazing job getting our lines back on. He was patient with us considering the circumstances so great job Cesar! Thank u!

The experience was amazing Marcos the store manager was really helpful. Also Candelario the store technician was super helpful. They do know customer service. 5 stars for this place. I had some issues but that didn’t stop them from getting us 2 iPhone 6’s I will totally recommend this place.

I must say I’ve been to plenty of other Sprint stores and this is by far the best customer experience I’ve had. I had walked into the store extremely upset with my bill and gentlemen named Michael helped me out. I walked in with a bill that apparently was prorated who the previous representative failed to tell me. Michael tried to help me understand but I was still upset. The manager then stepped in as Michael seemed lost for words. The manager explained to me the location I had gone to was not a corporate store and thst, that location was the only location I can get my issue resolved. All though nothing was fixed. I really appreciated the way Marco polo kept his cool as I was a little aggressive with the staff. I did applogolize thoroughly as I felt bad. But awsome store and customer service. This is deff my to go store.

The worst customer service EVERRRR! One of the workers named Joshua Rodriquez was terrible. He asked me inappropriate questions then had a fit when I asked to be helped by another employee. So he had me wait for almost 30 minutes just to pay my bill. I’m reporting him to corporate.

The rest of the staff was friendly but unfortunately I got this rude guy name Joshua rodriguez. His customer service will make you want to leave sprint. He is rude and unwelcoming.

Went in to try and add a phone to my plan. Originally was told one price range and when I went back acouple hours later there was a «miscommunication» between the sales associate and the manager which increased my range to around 50 more dollars a month. So now to add a phone I would have to pay more than double what im paying now. The sales associate tried to find different ways to get it down into the original range but did not work out. During this time the manager(assuming) did nothing to try and help out and instead stood there with a «deer in the headlights» look on her face. Wasted 2 hours of my day. Very disappointed. Sales staff was friendly.

I love this sprint store! The guy that helped me out purchasing a new phone was awesome! He taught me how to use all the cool features on my HTC Evo and was super nice and cool about. He was very friendly and extremely helpful too :) Very satisfied customer here!
