Coffee addiction is the only reason I do this to myself. This was a great location years ago not sure what has happened but ITSUCKS! Service? What service! Too busy talking about«last night n shit» I am not one easily offended by language but seriously. «Shit» «Shit» «Shit» and loudly too! Is this all she can say! There was one person ahead of me but it still took about 30 minutes for my two tall drinks and one breakfast sandwich. Oh WAIT I ordered two sandwiches! Gotta wait some more bc all of the morning team were too involved in «last night’s shit» to worry about reading the DSB x2 on the bag! JUSTGIVEMEMYDAMNCOFFEE I’M LATEFORWORK! P. S. the exact same thing happened two weeks ago. I tried to reach a manager several times but oddly she was never in or available. Even after I asked when is she in. I gave up on reaching anyone.

Obviously management doesn’t care about all these bad reviews. If they did, the bad service would’ve improved by now. On Sunday, May 1, 2016 at about 11:00 — 11:30am we used the drive through. I ordered a Grande Caramel Frapp. I handed my cash and card to a white, pudgy young man. I asked him to put $ 30 on the card and then to charge the card for the Frapp. I should’ve noticed when he gave me a certain look that he was not going to do it. It wasn’t a, I don’t understand look, it was more like, whatever look. I didn’t think much of it and left. We got home and realized he didn’t do what we asked. Then I thought well, maybe he had a bad day. It’s obvious that this SB has issues. Now I realize that it was a, I hate my life, you and this place look.

Coffee is good but the great service is what keeps me comming back. Compared to other drive thru Starbucks this ones line always goes the fastest. Jessica the barista was so sweet and patient as I wanted a blonde roast but it was not available and Jessica was quick to suggest other brews.

We just left the drive thru here and the girl working the window was great! It’s not easy being married to a smart mouth joker nowadays to many PC people with no sense of humor so finding a younger person who gets the one liners or joking comments and goes with it is refreshing, I couldn’t stop giggling listening to the back n forth — she must have a funny man somewhere in her family because she was just as quick with her comebacks. Great customer interaction and service, not mention the drinks were perfectly made — at least I hope so because if there’s caffeine in his coffee we’re all in trouble. Kudos to her.

They screwed up my drink, gave me a grande when I ordered a Venti. I mentioned it as she was handing me the drink, she made it a point to mention I only got charged for a Grande. I said it would be fine, I could pay the difference. She said I didn’t have to, and closed the window. I saw her and her coworker fill up a cup with steamed milk and dump my drink in there to fill up a Venti cup. I watched as they both kept looking over to see if I was watching. I wasn’t going to say anything, and I drove off until I tasted it. Needless to say, my drink tasted like a Venti cup of steamed milk. I drove back into the drive thru and ordered the same drink again. What a joke! No wonder this Starbucks has such terrible reviews, their customer service is terrible!

I stopped by this Starbucks on my way onto the 5 Fwy and was on my way to take care of some serious unpleasant business. I was not in the best of moods but did not show that to the barista. When it was my turn to order, she looked me in the eyes and with a huge smile said hello in the most cheerful way. Her great attitude was contagious and my mood changed for the better because of my interaction with her. On my way out, she wished me a great day and a safe trip with that same big cheerful smile. Such a small thing made a big difference in my day.

Service slow and more concerned with palling around with off the clock employees. One of which came in after me but got his blended drink long before my three shots of expression. Allowing smokers on the patio is another lackluster feature of this location. Fortunately so many Starbucks to choose from.

I love coming to this Starbucks! Baristas are always friendly and very patient(most of the time I take my kids who are indecisive on which treat they want lol). Location is very clean comparable to other Starbucks. Parking is great as well. Overall, great establishment win awesome people!

Slow as F*. There drive-through takes forever and the employees don’t hurry up they walk so slow it’s annoying. Coffee is never available, even when it is slow and no one is in line.

Usually here is packed, but then again what Starbucks isn’t. I came here this morning about 9:20 am and it was great! Today service was fast and the young lady was very sweet and polite and helpful her greeting was pleasant and she was very beautiful. My drink like always is a mocha frappuccino with a shot and most cases no whip cream. I would of gave it a 3 because I got whip cream when I said no whip but really don’t Know if it was her fault or who prepared it for me. So I went with a 4 star because of the nice art and the place was very spacious and full of items to purchase.

My visit every Thursday and Friday is usually always pleasant, but I guess I made a mistake of coming in the afternoon, rather than my usual morning trip with excellent service. No problem with the way my drink came out, nor the amount of time it took, but because of the way I was greeted. The girl who took my order from the drive thru seemed so sweet and nice though! Unfortunately, once we pulled up to the window, we were greeted by a guy named RYANN, chewing on a coffee stopper. Such a turn off and shows how much he cares about how Starbucks’ baristas are supposed to look: clean. His purposely-hanging one strand braid out of his hat didn’t help at all either… Very«grimy» looking. From the moment we pulled up to the window, to even telling us our total, and until we left, he was chewing on the coffee stopper. I wouldn’t have mind if he accidentally forgot to take it out of his mouth, and then just immediately tossed it, but that wasn’t the case. I’m sure he knew it was in his mouth because he was holding it and chewing it at the same time… He didn’t even bother to take it out to talk to me, ATLEAST. Agreeably, this shouldn’t be a big deal, but with a 5+ year experience with customer service, I know for sure something like this is unacceptable.

This just happen right now. I’ll get to the point and short. I order a ice green tea«Sweetened«in the drive thur. 2 cars in front of me and waited 10min.(To long of a wait). Finally got my drink and I ask, «what took to long» they said«we’re short staff.» Hop into the 5 freeway, and tasted my drink and it wasn’t Sweetened! !! Had to turn back to make this right.(Very upset at this point) Walked into Starbucks and first thing I see is 5 staff behind the counter.(How are you short staff) Anyways, they fix my drink. Then I had to ask the manager for a drink comp, instead of a refund for the inconvenience. 1 star cause, the service was horrible, I was lied, and the manager had no sympathy for the situation.

I’m not sure if this is where the newbie baristas work at, but the drinks are so horribly made here! I tried to give it a chance as this place is very convenient for me to go to right before I start my night shift. I have ordered multiple times a regular iced coffee with white mocha, and tell me why the drinks often times taste like watered down ice tea??? Today was even worse! I tried to order a tentra, or is it tetra, the one size bigger than a venti as a rewards one and they told me I couldn’t… Ummm most people order the million dollar coffee with their rewards! All I wanted was a ice green tea latte! To make matters worse it doesn’t even taste like green tea, all I’m tasting is milk! Very disappointed as I rewards member and spend thousands of dollars at Starbucks, just to get awful coffee here!

This night is not the best night to piss me off. I went to the drive thru for a reason. I asked for a venti caramel ribbon crunch NOWHIP. I got no ribbon. Hardly any crunch and when I had to come inside to complain the poor guy had no clue how to make amends with this preposterous violation that had been committed towards me. Lol. He has me take the top off(understandable), scrapes off the whip with a spoon and brings it back just like that. Now I have even less crunch or ribbon than I barely had before. Wow!!! I’m so over this review. Make sure not to go Tuesday nights. It’s 3 fuck-ups who don’t look like they know a frappaccino from a latte. Ugh.

Are you down to be late for work? Do you have all the time in the world to waste your gas while waiting in the drive thru line? This is your Starbucks! All Starbucks taste pretty much the same so not going to complain in that department. Just seriously I literally update all my social medias, have time to talk to my mom and listen to about 5 songs while waiting for a cup of coffee at this place. And now you ask, why don’t you just go into store? Well it’s literally 5 times slower. Just know I wrote this review while waiting in my car ;)

I’ve had a few problems with this location on a couple different occasions! But tonight @ 9:15 with 15 left to closing there was no one available for drive thru window. We waited a min, drove around to window and no one was wearing head set. A girl was cleaning counters in the distance and a guy was cleaning the front door windows. Drive thru hours were not posted on window but if any different from what is on starbucks’website they need to be posted!

The service here is always great! I come here weekly and I have never gotten a not happy person. I am the type of person to ask for my drinks with special add ins and made a special way, and they always get it right! They also are very quick. No matter how long the line is, I’m always in and out quickly.

This was my first time stopping in at this venue even though it’s right down the street from me. I walked in, got in line behind the only other customer. When he was done, I took my place at the counter. The cashier appeared to busy herself with the register. After about half a minute she tells me to wait a second. After another half minute she turns to some guy that lined up behind me and asked him if he was paying with a credit card then promptly served him. I felt she was extremely discourteous and lacked any sense of customer service. Thus, I walked out. I will never return here.
