DO NOT switch to T-​Mobile. I was under the impression that by switching to them I would save money because they promised me a cheaper plan. Everything was good for the first two months and now all of a sudden they jacked up my bill to double that with no explanation. When I called them to have the problem solved they seem to have an answer for nothing and are still forcing me to pay the bill. I will pay this bill and as soon as this bill is paid they can shove this where the sun doesn’t shine. I do not recommend T-​Mobile. Besides the high cost you get no reception anyway. I’m so disgusted by the people and makes me sick… Thanks for nothing Ed and Fay your were NOT any help!!!

This store is terrible. First of all they are not a tmobile corporate store, so there rules and prices are different, higher. The customer service reps are very rude. If your looking for a tmobile store go to the 1 in norwalk on imperial, next to fed ex, off norwalk blvd.

Stay away from Tmobile it’s the worst company… The reception is bad and to top it off they will blame you for something you never did… like in my case I sent a phone they receive it broken screen when I send it was in good condition so I told the supervisor I’m pretty sure you have camera maybe one of your workers were the one that broke it I ask him to check he said the only thing you could do is arranged payment pay the $ 400 stay away from Tmobile that’s my advice

I have to thank Kimberly for helping me out. I’m not really patient when it comes to the whole buying a new phone process. But she was very helpful and knowledgeable in all the phones and plans. She made it much easier for me to go in the store and walk out knowing EVERYTHING that is included in my plan and what is not. Thanks again Kimberly! Your awesome!

Alexis and Marvin were great, excellent customer service. very helpful. This is the closest store to my house and hated coming here bc of the long wait but this time it was so worth it. They gave a discount on my case which I said heck yes too. good improvement.

Woah. So I came into this store few months back and I have to agree customer service was horrible! So bad I dreaded going in. But I went in yesterday, the manager there, Marvin, told me about this awesome promotion for iPhone. I’m back on iPhone now and will be first in line for the 6s. He definitely helped me out, will be going directly to him for pre orders :)

This place is terrible. customer service SUCKS! Not friendly at all, takes them about 5 – 10 minutes to even realize a customer walked in. The sales manager rather sort bags and clean instead of helping his customers. Note, there’s 3 sales person and 1 is actually helping a customer, the other two??? Only reason why I come here is because it’s on my home. Dislike coming here!

3 people who walked in after me all got served before me. When I raised it to their attention they didn’t care. He copped an attitude. Which left me pissed of as I stormed out of the damn store.
No customer service skills here. I’d rather go out of my way to another store.
Worst place ever. If I could give negative stars I would.

I didn’t like the vibe when walking into this store. If felt like the employees were all disgruntled. I didn’t enjoy my experience here. It was more of a «What do you want?» feeling than a «Hello you are a customer, how can I help you?» As a customer that is a horrible feeling.

I went in today to change name responsibility on my account and it took them more than an hour and a half to complete it. Sales Rep was going to send me home without any confirmation or paperwork but I ask him for it and when he called customer care it was not complete. Thinking about cancelling my account because of poor customer service on both ends store and 800 customer line. What happen about taking care of the customer?

not even think going into this store, customer service is non-​existing, they are trained to argue with you not to help you and they lie. you will get better service and the same deals in a corporate location like the cerritos mall!

I called and thought I had the wrong number because the staff answered in Spanish. Interior signage has headlines in English and Spanish but details are not translated into the latter. Spanish radio plays loudly from a speaker above the entrance. The store is clean and large. We went to check out the Mytouch phone but it ran out of battery while it was booting up.
Staff consists of only two people on the floor. The other G2 demos are plastic cases with inserts so you can’t test the user interface. There are many Android G1 cases and Sidekick screen shields. We were given wrong information about the sale date for the cell phone we wanted. You can pay your phone bill at a kiosk at the far corner.
