Unfortunately I’ve had bad luck here. Twice I’ve gotten warranties and twice they’ve «lost» my information. I always get the 1 year warranty because it’s convenient and for the most part i don’t have to use it but for the two times that i brought the product back they never seem to find my information. I think I will stick to Best Buy and Fry’s from now on. Not worth the money or the headache.

I just came here to upgrade my phone and I’m posting this based off the customer service. The manager and the sales associate (girl) didn’t get her name were very helpful and went out of their way to answer questions and help. Great manager (I didn’t get his name either)
