We love this place, we started with a small purchase, and we keep coming back, all the ladies are awesome but Lupe is my favorite, not pushy, listens to my ideas and learns about my jewelry taste, and respectfully makes suggestions … She is patient with my 3 year old while we browse, and pays attention to my daughter when she is specific about what she wants… We travel from Carson just to see her, we have a Daniel’s jewelry place about 6 minutes away from home, but prefer to travel and get the excellent treatment we always get. Also their jeweler and manager make the Absolute best team!

Came to daniels to buy my husband a bday gift, the sales associate convince me to apply for credit by giving me a free pair of earrings for my self!!! All the girls are super nice and helpful, i will be doing some Christmas shopping here.

A little disappointed in this store. The girls working there are nice but I sent my husband in to pay off my $ 9.38 bill and he gave them extra and they kept the thirteen cents… I get it. It’s only a dime and a few pennies but it’s the principle. I didn’t go back in for it cause it’s thirteen cents! But it’s still disappointing.

The Norwalk Daniels jewelry store is the best Daniels I went to! The one in Cerritos mall a lady was kind of rude to me and made me feel like I was bugging her. but these guys at the Norwalk store are great!!! They helped me find what I wanted really fast. Then worked with me on the price of the ring. They actually were 100 $ cheaper then the one in Cerritos! You have to check them out if you looking to buy something nice for anyone. highly recommended

BEWARE: Do not bring your jewelry here for repairs!
I took my brand NEW engagement ring here to have it sized and the jeweler that they send it it to scratched and bent my ring. Absolutely horrible… I was so upset. After arguing with him that it was poor work he finally offers to fix it. NO THANKS! I will be taking my business elsewhere.
Only reason they get 2 stars is the girls working there are nice.

I am so disapointed in this store and daniels as a company! I get my. Bill in the mail 2 days before its due and it states on the back if late they will charge late fee plus report to credit bureu. So in a panic I get online to find there is no way to pay via internet. So now here I am waiting in from of the store to pay with no idea when they open its been an hour and there is no hours of operation in posted front! Ahh so annoying! We should get at least a 15 day noticed before being billed per month. And a sign would be nice BTW no hour listing on either Unilocal or Google! This place needs to catch up with the times!
