Over a ten minute wait for the food. The workers made four customers pull around and wait until it was brought out. All four customers got the food at the same time. So in short the food I ordered was made then they waited to give it to me until everyone’s order had been prepared. No sauce in the bag, no utensils, Mexican pizza was at the bottom uncut and a mess from being crushed by the other food. Why can’t this location get its act together?

I was there last night, it was chaotic. I could tell something was wrong, they were running out of materials left and right, and overall it just was bad. But the staff kept their composer and pretended as though nothing was wrong. The cashier girl still had a smile on her face, even though stuff just seemed to be going wrong for Taco Bell that night. I admired that. However, my past experiences have been pretty bad. My experience with the drive-thru has been horrendous, I think the last 5 times I’ve had something missing. So I’ve been going inside the restaurant and ordering it there. That has worked fine, and the service is fine. The food is Taco Bell, so you either love it or hate it haha.

The staff today were on point. Everyone in the back area were preparing the food and getting it over quick to the front. When I looked out the window the cars on the drive thru were zipping by. I placed my order and then 5 min later I had my order in a bag and out the door.

I usually enjoy Taco Bell, but this location is one I avoid. I’ve been here several times and nothing is ever hot, melted, or close to tasting good. Also, the place is a little raggedy/dirty.

Went here about 3 months ago for the last time. Everytime I have tried the drive through the wait has been 25+ minutes. Not even exaggerating. Not worth it. You can’t even get out of line and leave because the drive through is designed so that if someone is behind you there is no escape. 2 stars instead of 1 because at least my salad was decent.

3-star rating. Came here late night as no other places had been open. We dined in waited about 15 minutes for our order to arrive at the counter. Most of the staff had been ok but one employee asked me and my wife for a cigarette? Not cool. Food was good and exactly what we ordered. Haven’t had Taco Bell in a while and this definitely hit the spot! Will I go back? Sure it’s the only Taco Bell in Norwalk . They are known for having long wait lines and wrong orders but hey. That’s why they get a 3 star rating. But this time they did an OK job.

Incorrect order Rude Service — Calling us liars Manager refuting our statements and wouldn’t correct the situation Overcharging My boyfriend and I stopped here for a quick dinner with me ordering KFC and him ordering Taco Bell(They’re in the same building/counter). The KFC tenders were hardly tenders — they were almost completely batter. And most importantly in this review, was the awful Taco Bell experience. The cashier misheard my BF the first time when he requested a Big Box and she went on to rudely explain to him what the Ultimate Box was. And then we had to clarify 2 – 3 times that it was the big box he wanted. When he got his food, he ate two of the three items before realizing they’d mistakenly given him a second taco instead of a burrito. When he attempted to request it be switched, he was told(again) that he ordered the Ultimate Box. He explained he’d ordered the big box(again). Then the manager came out and tried telling my BF that he was wrong about what comes in the Ultimate Box and telling him to return what he’d already eaten in order to exchange it. Oh, and he was still charged for the Ultimate Box. Needless to say, we will not be coming back.

Dear Franchisee’s– Your employees are deplorable. The drive threw took forever, with the young lady telling me, hold on, repeatedly. After having the only other employee there(cook) give her my order, drive threw young lady said, did she order that? I asked for extra hot sauce, drive threw young lady’s exact response, I can only give you a few, the owner looks at that shit… Deplorable.

This was a very slow drive through. I also dont understand why the woman took my credit card somewhere to swipe it. I dont like when it leaves my site. The ordering took forever. There was also a long time with no one at the window when I was paying and picking up. It is convenient, but only if you have the time.
