How does the Colonel run out of Original Recipe during the dinner hour? It’s not like they were servicing lots of customers. The line speed wasn’t even even approaching a snail’s pace! Then after waiting the full time for a new batch of chicken to be cooked, they were out of biscuits when the chicken came out of the fryer!
Workers are unmotivated — Management is blind to the problem.
Ever heard the bromide:
Q: «How is ignorance different from apathy?»
A: «I don’t know, and I don’t care.»

Super slow service, got a famous bowl and a side of Cole slaw, along with my husbands order: they forgot the side of Cole slaw, cheese on my famous bowl, and my fork. Awful service.
