I went to target and I got the greatest customer service by John he was just so cheerful and made my day better great cashier and customer service thank you john

Cody and Shelby were amazing! Cody helped us find something even though it required going through boxes in the back and Shelby was such a great cashier!

Experienced the best customer service from Destiny this afternoon. She had the biggest patience with the customer in front of me and still managed to have the most awesome attitude throughout it. She truly made my day and wish she was an employee at my local duarte target.

I don’t usually leave reviews for big box stores because they are usually the same everywhere, and when you go shopping for cheap, I don’t think you should expect anything to be overly stellar, but this target is pissing me off lately so I am going to write about it in general terms that apply to everyone, not just my own personal experience that no one cares about!
First of all, parking always sucks. I don’t know why… they have 10,000 parking spots. It’s just always packed-​even when the store isn’t that dang busy.
Lines at the check stands are ALWAYS long, even when they have 10 check stands open. I like that they recently added self checkout, but even then the paying and getting out of there process isn’t that painless.
The shelves are not stocked well. I go there specifically for the expensive Starbucks skinny iced coffees and 90% they aren’t stocked and once they are sold out more are rarely ordered. If people want to buy good, stock the top selling products… duh!
The Starbucks people aren’t so nice. I used to have this «fabulous» male barista that was soooo friendly and nice. He left awhile back and now the people suck. They don’t even want to give you a cup of ice. Ugh.
A rude girl in customer service was telling off a «guest» over a price match. If you don’t want to match prices, Target, don’t offer the service. But don’t brag about your price-​matching policy and then hassle and harass your «guests.» Bad service!

There’s no where else I rather want to go to shop at or wonder around and see what’s new than to come here and only here. They have the most cleanest and easiest to find isles and signs. They have tons of star wars merchandise I wana buy!

I frequent this location thanks to the large parking lot, cleanliness of the store and STARBUCKS!
Who can complain about walking around target with an unsweet shaken icetea lemonade in one hand and pushing a car full of happy goodies in the other. Besides, this is the only time you actually get a discount of 5% when you use your red card at the in store starbucks.
The store is always kept clean and tidy (with exception of holidays but that is normal). The workers are friendly, efficient and helpful.
The prices are a little more than Walmart but you ditch a lot of the ghetto not so fabulous crowd during you shopping experience. For me, this is completely worth the up-​pricing of a few cents.
I always like to check out their clearance sections at the end of personal hygiene aisles as you can pick up some pretty sweet deals.
If you haven’t signed up for a red card yet, please do so. It makes a difference on regular store purchases but also at the pharmacy. Every 5 refills you get a one day discount card to shop. Yay!
I will continue to visit this location for my every day needs!

Like this target, it’s convenient and always find what I need. When I go i. always come back with stuff I didn’t plan for. Lol. There is usually no long lines.

I love target… but this target not so much. I work down the street so it’s «convenient» for me, but not when there is only 2 check stands open at lunch hour! So frustrating when I need to get in and out and I have to wait 15 mins in line!

I love me some Tarh-​gèt! I love the way they stick their products, and set up their aisles. I love their sales and cartwheel app and especially my RedCard!!! 5% off everything, just for using it!!! And it’s not a credit (well it can be if you want that); I have it attached to my debit card! Hip hip hooray!
This Target is convenient to my work and I often have spent many a lunch break here shopping, while running into a few co-​workers doing the same.
There’s a brand new Starbucks inside and you can use your RedCard there, too (5%off). They still have the snack bar, stocked with popcorn and hot dogs, pizza and salads and a wide variety of beverages (bottled and fountain).
Come shopping. Maybe I’ll see you there. But, be prepared to fight if you are reaching for the same clearance item, I’m going after… grrrrrrrrr!!!

Horrible rude staff and guest services! I had a coupon for my items and they treated me like crap calling back up guest service to finish checking me out. Black lady braids heavy set build rude told me she was fed up with all the couponers using coupons and her and walmart were supposably not going to be accepting any coupons soon! bullcrap tell the manufacturers that and you’ll go out of buisness ! I am so disappointed with this stores staff and management if she doesn’t like her job because she deals with «coupons» give someone worthy of the title manager the position then and work at mcdonalds!!! oh wait they accept coupons there too !

I’ve been to numerous Target stores and this one is the worse. The only reason I stopped was because I was minutes away and I needed something for my cat. The store itself is your typical Target, well stocked and priced well. Cleanliness was just okay as well as organization in general.
Customer service is lacking, especially at the cash register. Why do you have so many registers with only 3 cashiers and only one had her light on (laziness?)
I was in line along with 3 others who were equally confused as to why the cashiers on the other register (with no light), we’re calling out «next guest in line»! She didn’t address any of us in line, she motioned towards the confused people trying to find their way around the registers.
Also the layout of the registers is a mess, sort of like a row of domino’s or something, very confusing.
Cashiers were unfriendly, no eye contact or greeting of any sort. I’m not picky by any means but this place needs to step it up. good thing is, I won’t be back… I’ll stick to Cerritos Target, nice organized staff who keep register lights on and treat guests good.

If I could give a 0 I would !!!
I went to this Target about a week ago and there was a Lady Asian Pharmacist there and when I walked to the counter she did not even say Hello or anything she was busy playing with her hair like she was a little girl, I then passed her my RX prescription to fill and she looked at it and said while smacking gum, and said we don’t have it!!!
I said can you please call another Target Pharmacist and see if they have it and This Rude Lady said it is against the company policy and I said are you kidding me and she was laughing all at the same time and then I said to her I can tell you don’t want to serve me and she said to Yes don’t want wait on you and I said what did you say and then she tried to clean it up all while laughing in my face.
She thought I had left but I went and got the store manager two of them and then the Asian pharmacist tried to clean it up with the managers and one of the managers said to me, Sir I believe you because we have had complaints regarding the Pharmacist before I said, Why is she here and the store manager kept trying to say he was sorry.
I got my prescription and walked out the door and Never can back Beware of this Pharmacist the Asian girl seems to think everything is funny and I don’t understand why and how she is still working for Target but Target has changed it is NOT the same place it used to be. they have become more concerned about MONEY than the customers.
I want be back Target

The new Starbucks is just horrible. Terrible customer service!!! I come to this location about 2 times a month, it’s not my home store. Each time I come I have a problem!
Mainly with the new Starbucks. UGH. they need to hire better people here!

Target Pharmacy gives the worst service when I go in to get my medication. I am always disappointed with the service and never helped as I need when it comes to paying for medication. The people in the pharmacy don’t help and even though there are 4 behind the counter they are too busy to help even when they glance up at you they still ignore me and I wait for some one to stop working in the back and come help me. They are rude… they are in to much of a hurry… they will not help if it means to do more than walk away from they computer/​register.
I WOULD GIVE TARGET PHARMACY A BIG 0 IF I COULD…

Ok service and products. I give this location 2 stars because the location and general population of customers are lame. To have to post a sign on the main entrance that alcohol consumption is not allowed in the store says it all.
I made the mistake of coming by around 4^th of July and man did I regret it. Hordes of families were parked in the Target lot with lawn chairs to watch the fireworks show at City Hall. Many were drinking alcohol and blocking the lanes. One would think Norwalk police would handle this situation, but of course they didn’t just as they neglect all other issues going on with the city.
Steer clear if you prefer to shop where people will not cut you in line or block entire aisles then give attitude when asked to move their cart over.

Nothing new yo say. Good quality, good prices and variety. From clothes to milk, from ceiling fans to shoes, from big screen TV’s to toothpaste.
If you don’t have too much time to go shopping, this is the place to go. It may not have everything and may not be the best quality, but you won’t get desappointed.

Target= Never spending less then $ 50.00
I can’t help it, Target always has great stuff. This Target, is clean, not too busy (for a Target), and organized.
If I could live at Target, I would.

Target is always my go to store when buying stuff for the house or for my kids. I mean who doesn’t love Target. This Norwalk locations is my favorite. I love that it is always clean and I always find what I am looking for and they always stock up on their sale items so you can be sure that of you see something on their weekly ads, you will definitely find it here.
The employees here are super friendly and willing to help you out, unlike other locations or store that employees feel bothered when you ask for help.
Every time i come to this Target and believe me with 5 kids I am a frequent visitor, they always have multiple registers open so you can grab your items, head to a check stand and be on your merry way.
