How about no stars!!! Worst Walmart customer service.
Guys going on break cursing as I’m walking in. Waiting… Still waiting over 20 minutes to return something. Line is going out the door and guy goes on break leaving one person to service the line?!? These are the employees here… Not to mention the customers that come in here. I’m willing to drive to the next city… Any time.

I recently moved to Norwalk from Oceanside. I know Oceanside is a Superstore and Norwalk is not. That being said there is NO excuse for bad customer service. The Walmart in Oceanside was so nice that it became my store for all things, food included. Last week I was in Norwalk Walmart and today I drove to Whittier rather than go into Norwalk Walmart again.
When shopping at Walmart over the years you become used to the «greeter» at the door. But in Norwalk, the greeter does not know their position or the store manager does not. I did my usual shopping, paid then went to Subway and picked up a sandwich. I am a senior woman and had my arms full. The Walmart employee (a young man) at the door asked to see my receipt. I told him I was not sure where it was. He told me I was not leaving the store until I showed him my receipt. I had to put all of my things on the ground and pull out all items from the bags until I found it. He looked at it and said see, now you can leave. All of my items where on the ground. He thought it was funny as he walked away.
I will NEVER shop at the Walmart in Norwalk. Even though it is close enough to my house to walk to. I will go to Whittier or any other one but NOT Norwalk. The worst customer service ever.

The two cashiers named «Christine and ‘Q’» that were working in ⁰⁵⁄₀₅ should be fired. Not only did they work slowly, but they thought it necessary to discuss their distaste for a disgruntled customer aloud in the presence of customers. I was waiting to be helped for a good 20 minutes, and upon my arrival to the checkout stand I was not greeted, but forced to listen to these two cashiers bad mouth unhappy customers. I literally was not acknowledged during my entire purchase. Unless you consider your total being told to you mid conversation. I will be following up this review with a phone call to the store in hopes that they do hire some competent employees, but I feel this may be unlikely. My advice would be to NEVER shop here. If you ever wonder if the Ghetto has a heaven… well the Ghetto has a Walmart at least.

Horrible customer service! We waited in line for nearly half an hour and were approached by a cashier who took the person behind us to pay, when we asked why she said it was 20 items or less. I walked over to her I’ll and it wasn’t true. She lied, and then she replied with «IT’S MY LINE.» Brandy the cashier, tonight, at 8:00pm, your rude treatment of my 70±year-old mother this evening should be severely reprimanded.

Only about half of the employees are helpful. The store use to have great sales racks and the clearance area was to die for — the best out of most stores — now hardly anything is even on sale. I wanted to purchase fabric tonight and the person working the dept went on her merry way 10 minutes before closing because she was done working and didn’t feel like staying any longer but I’m sure she was standing out by the time clock waiting just not in her department working the store start restocking or putting new product out while they’re still open so it’s hard to get through the isles to even shop it takes up way more time to try to get up and down the isles it’s not even worth it to shop here sometimes the store is a mess and a lot of things don’t have tags in when you’re checking out they don’t want to go look for The prices so that you can buy the the item they would rather put it back the customer service manager was it extremely rude man sometimes I’m just amazed and I always ask myself why do I come in here well I’m using a Target girl I guess it’s time to stick with target and only target

I visited this Walmart Location the Day before Easter on My lunch Break hoping to get my Groceries out of the way. I left in disappointment. There was no shopping carts available for the guest. When I asked a manager if they had an carts available he did not seem to care very much. I ended up purchasing a few things only because I was already there. At check out the cashier asked if I found everything ok. I let her know the issue. She then asked another employee if there was any carts? The employee shook her head and walked away as if that wasn’t a big deal. No baskets no carts. And now not one employee or manager gives a crap if there’s no shopping carts. Unbelievable I tell you and waist of my time. Sorry Walmart you just lost a customer and of course I went and let my co workers and Know so that next time they consider visiting Walmart on their lunch they re-​consider.

Horrible Walmart! I already believe that «you go to target where u pay a little more to not have to deal with Walmart and the people in it «but this one is the worst of the worst! Last time I went with my husband and he was trying to buy beer (he is of age) and he was paying, I also didn’t touch the beer (I am pregnant, why do I need beer?). The cashier rang everything up and last minute said «I have to see her ID too» and my boyfriend tells her «no you do not she didn’t touch it and she isn’t paying, what am I supposed to do leave my pregnant wife at home when I want to go and get beer with my groceries?» so the cashier keeps telling him no and we ask to speak with the manager, so she comes over and tells the cashier exactly what we said «did she touch it, if she didn’t u can sell it» the stupid cashier says «oh I don’t remember if she touched it or not» (STUPID! She knows I didn’t) and after all that the manager says it’s okay. And the cashier still tries to charge him without the beer on the tab and he says to put the beer on and she said «I still can’t sell it» and then yells to the manger «is it okay to sell», the manager says yes if she didn’t touch it! Needless to say we had to speak with two managers and Andrea the ugly cashier with black hair and ugly tattoos all over and long nails still gave us attitude wasting my time and my husbands who just got off a long day at work, if I could give this place a negative rating I would. Nothing but problems every time I go.

Worse Walmart in the entire country!!! Everything is disorganized, understaffed. And there is always only one or if I’m lucky two check out stands open. No such thing as self check out. Ghetto. Over crowded. And all their stuff is damaged… It’s horrible. Their staff is lazy and slow. Save your time and drive down one block to target. It’s not worth it.

I love this Wal-​Mart. They have great avocados at just .50 cents each and delicious vanilla soy milk for 2.89 (Wal-​Mart brand but it tastes great!) Also whenever i’ve needed to return something its always gone smoothly and the people who have helped me have been nice to me. :)

Came here to make copies of my family Christmas pictures. Then went to pick them up the next day only to have a «Team Member» give me shit saying she couldn’t give them to me unless I had a «Copyright Release». I explained to her that my cousin took these pictures for me, there wasn’t any professional lighting, no copyright printed on the photos and she still refused to give me my photos! She wasn’t the sharpest tool in the shed if you know what I mean. I guess in her «professional» opinion she thought in her pea brain that they look professionally taken, compliment to my cousin who took them however they were not. I guess she doesn’t think that some people can have a nice camera and take pictures for fun!
DON’T TAKE YOUR PICTURES HERE UNLESS YOU HAVE A «COPYRIGHT RELEASE» or find a team member with a brain to help you!

Don’t expect any kind of customer service when it comes to trying to locate items. Was in there today looking for Legos. I asked an associate where would I find them. She didn’t even look at me and was so rude, answered «over in the toy section». Really? Well, Merry Christmas to you! Idiot.

I was trying to exchange a tv I bought here but they don’t carry that tv and they can’t order one

This store was really crowded, but it is the holidays. I don’t usually shop at this Walmart, but I was visiting family.
Lots of holiday decorations and checkout was fast.

I don’t know how the store manager here has a job. 10:20 am and there are only two lines open that are extending way into women’s clothes. I’d rather go to Target down the street!

Worst store ever. I waited for over 30 min to get help with an item and at the end the Walmart associate told me. Whatever we have on the shelf its all we have. Seriously. Thank you Walmart for your great customer service.

I’ve been waiting for over 15 minutes waiting for someone with the keys to the automotive sand paper and he is no where to be found!!! Horrible service!!!

The parking lot is always packed… means good business, I guess. But, they often run outta shopping carts. The produce department is pretty pitiful. I wish this was a super Walmart… I’d forgive a lot of stuff, if they carried more things.
Emplyees seem to be always working, which is good to see.
Nothing special. Went today to see their Halloween stuff, and they had only a couple aisles of costumes, an aisle of candy and an aisle of Halloween decorations. I had hoped for more. But, they already had Christmas stuff!!! Yikes! Good prices, though.

Excellent customer service, Great managers never encounter any rude or distasteful staff very friendly.
Fast check out sometimes takes a while for them to stock up on outofstock items but like i stated before better than ghetto sfs and their trashy csms who are stuck on stupid lol

Horrible customer service, items are always out of stock, out of place, opened merchandise, and lots of mess (spills, leaking merchandis). Also, why have a place on the shelf for things you don’t ever, or rarely carry?
Also the in store pick up is horrible. I only come to this out-​of-​the-​way location for items rarely in stock. There is no one designated or stationed in that area, the touch pad doesn’t work to call for assistance and I have to walk around the electronics dept to even flag someone, and even then, there is a long wait for someone to come, and when they do, they are rude as f*ck and act as if they were inconveniently pulled away.
Do a better job with training your employees, or hire people who even want a job or even have any desirable traits at all.
