Wienerschnitzel

The staff at this place is really unorganized and they do not communicate with each other I went there today 9÷29÷2015 at 8:00 pm and had a cupon for my order so I pull up to the window and the cashier there is leaning on the counter laughing with the driver in front of me and giving him a backpack they were there for a good 5 min which is not right so finely I get to the window and she gives me an attitude I was still calm so she gives me my food I drive home to my kids and I’m missing food I called them and for some reason they kept giving the phone to different employees finely someone got the phone and told me can u come back for the rest of your food. Come on now I don’t live around the corner instead of the cashier there flirting with other customers she should check for the right orders people I’m gonna advise u that if u go there double check your order specially if Hortenci is at the drive-​thru … NOT GOOD SERVICE AT ALL

The first time I went to this Wienerschnitzel, I was pretty upset that the wait at the drive thru took over 10 minutes to get my food, however, my food came out to be freshest Chilli Cheese Fries I’ve ever had.
The few times after, I came to realize they are consistent on having a long wait at the drive thru, but the food never fails to come out hot and fresh. I still go there and am willing to wait to get the best (Bacon Ranch) Chilli Cheese Fries I’ll probably ever eat at Wienerschnitzel.

Well, the two stars is for their customer service. Not for their food. Not that I had any to rate anyways. So, I Stopped to get my nephews a soft serve ice cream. Before we got out of the car we were greeted by one of their staff. Well if you can call that a greeting… Their staff whispered something that I didn’t understand so, I said excuse me? She then whispered you can’t park here, there is no parking for the graduation. (Apparently there was a graduation across the street?) I said, I can’t park here even if I come to eat? She whispered again, no! You can’t park for the graduation. I then said to her, well I’m here as a costumer. She walked away before I was done talking. I almost left, but my nephews wanted ice cream. I was upset but I stayed in the car while I calmed down. I smiled at my nephews, I checked my email & After a few minutes I took them inside to get their ice cream. I understand that they want the parking for customers. But Please put signs or tow away those who disobey. Have better customer service!

It’s convenient and the inside is clean, but they have the slowest drive through I’ve ever been to. Consistently. Their large fries are ridiculous, though. ;)

I like that this location is so close to my mom’s house. It’s a good spot to pick up something quick on the go for the kids. I will say that everytime I’ve been here though that it takes forever to get our order. The hotdogs and chili are already cooked. I don’t know how much more you need to do to a chili dog.

Ive never tasted saltier fries: O

Can’t say I’ve had a bad anything here I wasn’t expecting, the place was pretty damn quick and I’m the 1^st to review this wienerschnitzel.
BTW they have tamales with chili. Tommy’s is better.
