Ordered a sandwich got a burrito!!! The girl who made my sandwich smashed the whole bread with her hand, While cutting it open. Had I’d known I would have just ordered the flat bread!!! And that’s not it!!! As she wrapped my sandwich she made sure it was nice it tucked like a burrito should be!!!

worst customer service!!! very unfriendly staff and very unsanitary. one staff touched the inside of my soda cup when he was handing it to me and that is after touching the trash. very unfriendly staff. worst service. worst. worst. worst. will def not come back no matter how hungry i am.

This subway was okay but it just got shut down by The LA county health department for cockroaches.

I really don’t understand why subway would get a low rating, with any subway you always get the same thing. The only difference would be the service which has never failed me yet.

From the outside, this Subway looks small, but there’s plenty of dining room area once inside. You order to the right, and pick up from the left.
When I go, my sandwiches are made pretty quickly, for the most part.
Parking here is shared with a laundromat, a Boba place, and a Korean market. If you’re heading north on Pioneer, you’ll have to bust a bitch at the intersection to go here.

Not sure why this place has such a bad rating. Its a Subway, the food always taste the same.
The service has never been a problem for me, but I do have to admit that the workers never seem to be very excited, but they have always been nice to me.
If you want Subway, then this place is the same as the other Subways. You know what you will be getting.

Went today and ordered a few sandwiches and the staff was not very friendly. I mean, workers there didn’t seem to like their job very much and much less happy to get your order. Especially if it’s a big one. Over all I wouldn’t recommend this place at all.
Over all recommendation is: If you have the choice to go to another local Subway in Norwalk, do so.
If you are close by, then I guess this place is «o.k» to go to.

I don’t understand the hate for this place. Sure it’s a chain restaurant and with that you expect some level of immature employees working there, but it’s not all that bad. I’ve found then to be reasonably quick with their service and always well stocked. I have seen when they have run out of fresh avocados though and that can be a bummer. All in all, it’s just a typical subway and nothing more.

Bad customer service, was looking to buy a platter for like about 18 people like around 5:30 pm on a Saturday and told me that I have to wait for the next shift that starts at 6pm because she only had one helper, but yet the place was empty, wont go back to that place.

YOung kids service you with no knowledge of products, Attitudes not welcoming and it smelled like cleaning products at one point, To top it off they didn’t have TUNA, who runs out of tuna!
