Not sure the name of the guy that helped us, I think it was Ras? Anyways, he was super polite and engaged in conversation with us while he prepared our sandwich. We had the tina sandwich on honey oat because the jalapeño cheddar took too long to finish baking.

This place sucks, STAYAWAY! The customer service and speed is awful. I have not had a good service at this place for a year. I only go to this location because it is closest to my house… BUT never again! Love subway sandwiches but this location will not get my business. The employees are rude and unfriendly. There is only one speed the employees work, SLOW. It doesn’t matter if you are the only customer in the place or it is 10 people deep in line. There is no pride in work. This location give Subway a bad name. If there were negative stars I would give it to this place. Find another location to visit.

First off, our sandwich artist was no artist whatsoever. LUPITA, was very rude, very unproffessional and not personable at all. She hardly put anything in our sandwiches at all, she put 3 cucumber slices on a foot long! That’s enough for maybe a 6 inch but come on, it’s not THAT hard to make a sandwich. I’m pretty she served us bread from yesterday too, it was hard and crumbled to pieces from a single touch. We went in around 9 am, but if you open at 7 am there should be fresh ingredients for the people who walk in at 7 am. So coming in 3l2 hours after opening and still not getting good food is disappointing at the least. And the soups were not ready either. Never coming back here, thanks for nothing LUPITA.

Vomit and Diarrhea; I came here hesitantly after going to Stater Brothers because I might be late for work. I was cautious because of the area since the last time I went to a Subway I didn’t like and ordered a Tuna Sandwich, I had the same problem. So this time I played it save and ordered the Spicy Italian. However, as the person was working the sandwich, she ran out of meat and went into the back to get some more. This is possibly where the contamination occurred It is the only thing I ate that day. I was sick and dehydrated for three days..

I went to Flame Broiler because Google said it opened at 10:00 but it didn’t open until 10:30. Had to go to Subway since I was short on time. The girl who made my sub was most likely new since she bunched up vegetables together and didn’t spread them very evenly. That I can handle. I walk up to the cash register and«Sam» asked me for here or to go. I said to go with a cup for water please. He looks back and says«We’re out of water cups, sorry.» I ask him if I can use any other cup for water and he says, «sorry, no»… AREYOUKIDDINGME? You fail to stock your water cups and now I have to go somewhere else to get a sip of water? I was already sad I had to go a Subway and this just ruined any hope I had left for Subway to become a place I will ever consider going to eat. Train your employees better and stop charging to toast a sandwich. NOONEELSEDOESTHAT.

Worst subway I’ve ever been to! Owner seems nice but you can totally tell he cuts corners everywhere! Sandwich artist was cross contaminating everything, putting back things I didn’t want in my sandwich back into the trays(he wasn’t paying attention to my instructions) We came here because my daughter wanted the new ‘Inside Out’ kids meal with the Joy tote and toy, Instead they have us this(see pic). Not only did they not have the updated toy(which is fine) but they gave her her kids meal in a Paper bag! Boo two thumbs down, sad face

Absolutely terrible customer service. The people in there just stare at you stone faced. Worse than that is I saw a worker grab the restroom key and then make a sandwich right after wearing the same gloves.

Watch them closely as they barely listened to what I wanted on my sandwich and missed a couple items that I did not notice until back at work. I wish I had checked Unilocal first, I would have went to the one down the street.

this subway is NEVER busy. And this is coming from someone who eats subway about twice a week. In fact I am heading to one after I am done with some work. There is never a line and if there is it is usually 1 or 2 people. This location is so small it seems that people forget it even exist. The staff is nice, but the owner/manager is an asshole. He has tried to overcharge me twice now which were both his«mistakes» so make sure if he is ringing you up *you will know who he is* that you check the price. Pros: Fast, small, nice staff, ample parking, fresh avocados(some use old). Cons: Asshole manager, usually only one soup available, day old bread if you go in before 11.

I will never go here again. They mess up your order and are very rude about it! It not that hard to get the order right. Even if the store is busy during lunch time I still expect to get what I ask for. I will go anywhere else.

Walked in, no hello. I made a face. Probably not nice, but whatever. Get to the end of the counter and the chick is now talking crap on me… Turns around and says, «Oh hello! What can i get you??» I looked at her like she was crazy, asked her if she was serious! She responded, «what are you talking about». I asked to speak with someone else. Didn’t feel like a spit sandwich that afternoon. Sandwich was great. Won’t be back because of the service. Stupid girls think they own the world because they make subs. COMEON

Lazy, unfriendly staff. Even when you walk in, the signature«Welcome to Subways» sounds more like a child’s forced apology than a greeting. Really, if you don’t like service work, get a factory job or something else that doesn’t involve public contact, please.

This subway is great during lunch since there does not seem to be many people that go there. Not sure why, the sandwich was great and the place is clean. Seems like it is a great one to go to if you are interested in getting in and out in a short amount of time. Oh but major problem that I just remembered, the Diet Coke was flat. This is unacceptable at every level. I assume they were just ready to change the canister but I hates it, I hates it a lot!

This Subway is in the Pioneer Artesia Shopping Center, along with Stater Bros market, Starbucks, CVS, a uniform shoppe, a bike place, and blah blah blah… Basically its in a pretty decent location, surrounded by other equally decent businesses. This Subway seems a tad bit smaller than other Subways, but there is outdoor seating(shared with Starbuck’s customers???) that make up for the tad-bit-smallerness… I usually go here after shopping next door at Stater Bros(great market, btw!!!) For some it might not make any sense to go to a chain sandwich place after grocery shopping, but it makes sense to me… Say I’ve spent a good hour roaming the aisles, checking my list, and dumping food item after food item into my cart. Honestly, the last thing on my mind is to actually cook said food items afterward when I am home. Enter Subway«Eat Fresh» sandwiches… I can feed my family for about $ 20 bucks, it’s fairly healthy, everyone gets what they want, and if I get the footlongs then there’ll be lunch for the next work day, as well!!! I do have to share this about this particular Subway: My hubby always orders his sandwiches with jalepeños. One visit here I ordered identical sandwiches for the two of us, the only difference being one had jalepeños. The girl who prepared our sandwiches proceeded to label the sandwich with the jalepeños with an «H»… The end.
