Ok, I just have to say that Marin is AMAZING! I was having trouble with my Starbucks app, and even though it was very busy, she took the time to give me a tutorial! She was so incredible friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. It’s hard to find good customer service these days, but because of Marin and her manager Ale, this is now my new go to Starbucks location. Thanks for making my day!

Why does the lady here with the fat mole on her face (manager?) have such a bad attitude. This is my favorite place to come, they make my drinks just like i love them. Im sorry but either she takes her job to serious or she has a starbucks straw stuck up her booty. Wow just came in right now and shes being such a jerk over coffee. Calm down! I also asked her once to make me a drink and totally gave me attitude. This kinda got me in a bad mood before going to work.

I’ve been coming here for years and have never had a bad experience, but this time I left very disappointed in the customer service my girlfriend and I received at this place, and it’s sad to say I won’t be coming back. All three employees at the register were not professional at all and gave poor customer service. Katie, which was the only name I got, just ignored us when we we asked her a simple question and I know she heard us because she looked right at us and just walked away. It’s not a good feeling and it shows that Katie has no manners at all. The other girl and the Asian were not any better as I asked him if the drinks were ours. Asking for a simple name to know it’s our drinks is not an option for them and his great reply I dont know, I didn’t make those drinks!” Awesome freaking job hmm.

Not a bad starbucks, can’t stand this parking lot. It’s too small and this location is tucked away in the corner with little access. a little slow on SOS for a Saturday morning

Free wii fi and a Salted Caramel Mocha = happiness.
Fast service, clean and most importantly their air conditioner is on full blast.
This location is in a strip mall. It’s small, but the stream of customers are steady.

Going to Starbucks always wakes me up in the morning cause it provides me with Vitamin Caffeine. I always love their coffee especially ordering a venti one. I ordered a venti brewed ice coffee and half/​half cause I was still sleepy on our way to San Fran. It completely woke me up and I feel refresh. The cool thing about this location is that they have wireless phone charger, so neat!

The location is small, located at the end of a shopping plaza off the 91 freeway. There is ample parking available.
I ordered an iced green tea and a protein snack box. The snack box was pretty good, it came with a hard boiled egg, two pieces of cheese, apple slices, grapes, and wheat bread with peanut butter. It’s usually my snack of choice when going to Starbucks.
The location was clean, cool, and ran professionally.

Wow, I used to avoid this location like the plague due to the slow service. But I must say that they have really turned it around.
After 3 recent visits with the same FAST and friendly service, it’s only right to change my rating of them to 5 stars. They are nailing it on speed, quality, food, and being just plain nice!
I told them this personally this morning.

I come here pretty often with my mom… usually when I go with her groceries shopping we will stop by and get a Java chip and mocha frappé and we have had good experiences here. I’ve lived in the area for a long time and have been going to this Starbucks since 2009 and it has never ever done me wrong! There’s almost a completely new staff since I remember from 2009 and they’re all nice! This Starbucks has maintained their friendly staff for quite some time. It’s fairly clean in here and the restrooms, yah need a password! They’ve remodeled a lot in here and it looks awesome inside. Stop by n grab a coffee… it’s not a bad Starbucks. Easy 4 stars here

Super nice staff. I had to get off the freeway in an unfamiliar area because my son had to use the bathroom. No one has ever hassled me in any Starbucks about just using the restroom, but this guy at this location was somehow even nicer about it than most. The bathroom was very clean and stocked up. You know what you will get almost every time at a Starbucks, as far as what they sell. But it’s the people who make a store pleasant.

Usually I’m not a Starbucks kinda guy but I was in the mood for a vanilla bean. There was a bit of a rush and a line, but I was very impressed on how fast these ladies shorten the line and knocked out drinks. This night crew was very impressive. One of the baristas in particular was really impressive, Katie was exquisitely pleasant, quick, and so friendly. She was taking orders making drinks and making people leave with smiles. People can say what they want but every business is gonna have bad moments, but when this store is on top of their game, they are amazing. I will definitely be back here for my next drink

Worst Starbucks ever. If I can give zero stars i would give zero stars. I asked for a trenta refresher with no water and I was given the drink half full. When I asked her the reason she got completely rude and said that’s how we do it. I asked for a refund and she snatched the drink from my hand and tossed it in the trash. I was given a refund but worst customer service ever. I don’t remember the name of the lady but she was Spanish, average height, a little overweight and extremely rude. Never coming to this Starbucks again.

We were just visiting in town and I wanted starbucks. I thought it was really cool because everyone that was chillin in the shop was pretty much filipino or asian. What an awesome atmosphere (for me at least). It was clean and service was friendly and fast. I ordered a java chip frap extra thick and extra thick I got! It was tasty and not watered down like some starbucks do. Thanks for the good service :)

I don’t want to put any stars but I have to to write a review. I work down the street so this is the closes Starbucks and it’s the worse Starbucks ever the workers are rude ! They don’t create drinks the way they should I don’t care that it’s small and dark but seriously I spend a lot of money at Starbucks like other people and I expect better service it happens every time I come .
I will never come here again I’ll travel down the street to another location

Call me nostalgic but this place is great. I remember before when this place WASN’T a Starbucks but different businesses.
First time actually getting coffee from this place and I must say, it’s up to par. Ordered a tall americano (shot comes out automatically from the machine, add water, done)
This place gets busy because of the proximity to the 91fwy. I’m also glad the Stater Bros. next door got a facelift. This place was only moderately busy on Friday Morning 9am.
Definitely worth a try, if it’s too different than what you’re used to, there’s thousands more locations
