Starbucks

This Starbucks is great! Love the staff and a great place to study! I have been going in a lot lately to study and I couldn’t be happier. The manager and staff are always so nice and never rude.

Everyone is super nice and service is great. However, this starbucks is notoroius for not filling your cup up completely. I have complained to the manager about this and it is still happening. Im not expecting my cup to be filled to the brim, but if I pay for a venti and you give me a grande in a venti cup OR I pay for a grande and you give me a tall in a grande cup… thats a problem. Then they try to hide it by filling my cup up with foam… im mean really. I dont usually say anything because im on my way to work but I wont be so kind next time.

Come on! If Seattle only knew what you were doing to their coffee shop. I refuse to go to DD, there is a reason why they dont have them in the coffee capital of the world. I expect more from a customer service oriented place like this.

It is as you’d expect from a Starbucks. I am a regular during the week. The staff is friendly, offer good customer service and if ever anything goes wrong, they more than make up for it. Definitely better in every way to Dunkin. I am hooked.

Finally there is a Starbucks in Norwich. The employees are friendly and knowledgeable of the products. Two things that need to change. One is that it is always freezing in here. The second is that the employees can be a little rambunctious at times and can be hard to concentrate when trying to do work. I believe those two things can be easily changed over time. Other than that, I love this place!
