Dunkin’ Donuts

This Dunkin’ Donuts is located inside a gas station. I went in to get a cup of coffee after filling up my car this evening and was disgusted to find that there was a swarm of flies covering the donuts and other baked items.
Update on 9÷30÷14 — The response by Dunkin’ Donuts after submitting my concerns through their website was amazing. I had a personalized email waiting for me at 6am the next morning and received a call from the regional manager before 9am telling me that he had already been to the location. He explained the different steps they were taking to address the immediate situation and how they would ensure it wouldn’t happen again. Dunkin’ Donuts has completely earned my respect for their incredible responsiveness and commitment to customer service. I haven’t been back yet since I don’t live in the area but I added 2 stars for their great follow up.
