Atmosphere is nice. sevice horrible. Food cold and over cooked. Fish had bones, pasta mushy vegetables gross, rolls so over cooked you could not eat them. Out of 5 entrees only thing edible was the meatballs. Desserts did they run down to the supermarket and get the cheapest things they could find. Have gone there several times but not when it was a function and food was cold but i just figured it was a busy night so know big deal but it is a big difference when you are are payning a small fortune and you have people that have driven several hours to be there. So disappointed in them. It was wonderful every single time when it was Carlas years ago. Its a shame they dont still have it. Such a pretty spot but i suggest you eat somewhere else. Hardly anyone was eating thats how bad it was. Shame on them. Parking can be a bit of a challenge during the day on the weekends. After 5pm it should not be a problem on street parking and they use to have a valet but i dont know if they still do.

We have gone to the OCC. after a couple funerals for a reception. The place is beautiful and has a nice relaxing atomesphere. The staff is great and very accommodating, I had the veal parm with pasta and it was unbelievable. Real Italian feel to it. Sauce tastes homemade almost sweet. The only downfall I would say about this place is their hours, open after 4pm during the week. But it is always packed. Prices are affordable as well. I will see be frequenting this place from now on

This was a hard to find place if you are not looking. Very little signage out front. But when you walk, in the ambiance is awesome. Service was quick, but not super friendly. Menu choices were great and the food exceptional with great pricing. Would definitely go back for the food and hope service was a bit friendlier.

LOVELOVELOVE the OCC. We go there for dinner on date nights and always have a wonderful time — food is excellent, wait staff is always friendly and engaging and the atmosphere is great. We have also had quite a few functions there — engagement parties, showers, large birthday parties etc. Food is always excellent and everyone always has a wonderful time. Can’t say enough about this restaurant and the owners and staff!

After making renovations, i would say thisi is one of the nicest looking bars in Norwood. The food and service here were both spectacular. I was there for a party and i would say this was some the best buffet food I have had in a long time. Being Italian, i like a good sauce, and the OCC has just that. I would say if you haven’t tried it, it needs to be on your bucket list.

The OCC in Norwood has not let us down in 5 visits in 2014. Everyone is friendly and the food is awesome. The owner is always around and can typically be found greeting and seating patrons. Every meal we have had is great, my personal favorite is the lobster casserole which is a frequent special and the shrimp cocktail are as big. My wife loves the roast beef sandwich. Two thumbs up for the OCC!

We were so excited to try out this place as we had been told many amazing things about it. While the atmosphere was very neat, the food and the staff were far from great. My husband ordered shrimp scampi over angel hair pasta, his pasta was cold and the shrimp was not seasoned with anything. I got the chicken parm and ate one bite and I was done. Very bland and disappointing. We definitely try not to be those people who ask for free things so instead of asking for anything else we just politely asked for a couple of boxes. Our waitress didn’t even question the fact that we didn’t eat anything and just ran away with our meals saying she would be right back. 15 minutes later she dropped our stuff off and gave us a short«have a great weekend» while she was walking away. I guess what I’m trying to say is that the food was not good, the waitress could have cared less that we were there, the menu was tiny and we won’t be back. It’s been awhile since we’ve wasted $ 45 on dinner. :(

I’ve been here 3 times so far and have found it great on each time. It is, as a local TV calls them, a hidden gem. I found that they offer a great deal of good quality food and reasonable prices. The service is top-notch and the food is both of ample quantity and very high quality. I also used them for my rehearsal dinner and they did an extraordinary job. They came up with a well-prepared, diverse offering. They gave us a very large space for a gathering which was not very large but which was not small. The area was ideal and all parties had a wonderful time. It was one of the most enjoyable experiences of my life.

This is the worst restaurant i have ever been to. We were a party of six. Three of us had to send our dinner back because it was cold. Two of the three came back. The third dinner and side came back 20 minutes later after everyone else had finished their meal. The side dish came back cold again. We had to wait 15 minutes before anyone even took our order. There was no Manager on duty, only an acting Manager. I refused the dinner that came back after all had eaten, so I had no dinner. The service was atrocious and the food was lousy. Do not ever step foot in that place. I gave it one star because it won’t allow me to give no stars

After researching a few places for our upcoming rehearsal dinner, we decided to have dinner here one night. My sister and I shared an onion ring app, which were tasty beer battered salty goodness! We both got a pasta-chicken dish [ chicken romano, and chicken broccoli ziti in alfredo], and my fiancé got the baked haddock. The potions were huge! I actually data my dish for lunch and dinner the next day. The sauce was a little sweeter than I’m used to, but had a nice, tangy taste. My only problem was that they do not have a draft, so everything is bottled, but there’s an OK selection. I chatted with the function manager, and got to view the upstairs room — very cozy, and it has its own private bathrooms. She was very energetic, and even suggested her favorite dishes for us to think about. The function menu is huge– lots of choices to please a big group.

This is a good local setting. The food here isn’t the best I’ve ever had, but it’s pretty good and they’ve got a great local setting. This restaurant used to be the old firehouse, and it’s got a wonderful rustic appeal. The service is friendly and upbeat and the food, as I’ve said, is good. I’ve been here with friends and it’s not my first choice in Norwood, but if someone else chose this as the destination, I wouldn’t argue against it.
