If I could this store negative stars I would. My mom and I went in there to upgrade our I phones and the man behind the counter was happy to sell us two new smart phones without the correct plan. He failed to tell us that our current plans were outdated and because he never mentioned this about one month later we received a bill for hundreds of dollars in fees that AT&T was sure to hold us accountable for. Not to mention the employee who helped us assured me that all my contacts notes and pictures would be transferred over to my new phone. It never happened. I called apple the following day to see if they could help me and they told me that the employee had erased my phone and all my information contacts, notes pictures everything was gone. This is unacceptable, this employee was obviously not trained at all and now we are paying the price for this employees lack of training. Needles to say we will never come back to this business and never do business with AT&T again. Such poor business conduct should not even exist this day and age.

Two of us upgraded to smart phones, and not only was the service above and beyond, but everyone working at the store was personable and helpful. We happened to be in during Superbowl playoffs, and the atmosphere was festive. We were able to enjoy the game while our phones got set up. Highly recommend and would do business with them again anytime.
