I’ve long been aware that I have emotional reactions in certain circumstances that limit me. Fear, anxiety, anger, and sometimes even sadness. I did a couple talk therapy sessions, and then a long series of talk therapy with groups, but didn’t find myself getting where I wanted to be. After my first couple sessions with Cherie back in 2009 I knew that I had found what I was looking for. I’ve continued to work with her ever since, and I’m continually surprised when I discover new things about myself that I wasn’t aware of previously.
