Domino’s Pizza

What a surprise! Ordered on line and it was ready and waiting when I picked it up! Love their thin crust Fiery Hawaiian. Very pleasant and courteous service. Improvement!

Nightmare. They have a really cool tracker app, but my orders have been arriving on average 2 hours after i placed them. One time nothing came at all. I gave them
about 5 chances because I actually like Dominos pizza, but my advice is don’t order from them. You will wait and wait and wait… And if you have people waiting on this pizza, you will have a house full of hungry people.

Horrible services. They said it would take 1 hour for arrival, and then when i call 1.30 after they said they didnt have my order in the system. Never ordering from this Dominos again

Middle of pizza had nothing on it, would not recommend.

Ordered pizza at 630 it’s 745 still not here. Guess it’s back to round table around the corner

These guys are a frikkin joke.
The app gives you a 20min eta and when you call them 30min later when your food still hasn’t been delivered you talk to a stuttering fool who has no idea what is happening.
Domino’s is a logistic joke

Um no. Just no.
Unless you’re dying don’t ever order from this place.
They will mess up your order all the time and then they give you a discount to make up for it but who orders pizza from Domino’s regularly?

1 star review because service was not good. Only one employee working when I went, Hispanic lady, and she happened to be fairly rude/​unfriendly. She asked if I wanted a receipt and I said «yes please». So she goes and grabs another roll of receipt paper then once it prints out she puts my receipt on my box then is about to walk away. How the hell was I suppose to know to sign it or not? I had to ask. And when I ask she says «yes.?» rudely, like I was suppose to know to sign it. On top of all this, she went back to working, didn’t even give me the receipt I asked for
and I had to reach over the counter and tear it off the machine myself. I left without saying a word and she didn’t bother to say anything either. Definitely WILL NOT be back with service like that.

Ive ordered online about 7 times all around lunch time. pizza arrived within 20 – 25 minutes was hot and was really good. no complaints at all

Pizza didn’t come for over 2 hours and we live 3 blocks away. We had to call the store about 5 times where a different person answered every time and told us the pizza would be there any minute. The reason I gave it 3 stars is because one sweet ladie re made our pizzas and personally dove them to our house. She and she alone has GREAT customer service! I don’t remember her name but she was helping out from a store in Vacaville.

I honestly don’t expect too much from chains like this, but sometimes it’s crazy how they operate. I ordered online for carry out to be picked up at 5pm. Got there right at 5pm and my order wasn’t ready yet. The kid that took my payment didn’t even let me know how much longer. I wanted almost 15 minutes for my order, which the kid that took my payment boxed up and placed in the «ready» shelf. He knew my name and knew I was waiting, you would think that he would have just boxed up my order and gave it too me. I’m all for giving what I believe we’re high school kids jobs, but there definitely wasn’t any customer service at this place. They even ran out of cheese packets.

Same delivery experience as many of the others on here. Ordered pizza at 5pm, after 2 hours called and was told they would get it out ASAP. Figured they were just not coming after another hour passed. It finally arrived at 830p. While the driver was apologetic, they still charged me for the full price. Absurd. I had already fed my daughters something else and they were in bed. I would have been cool if the manager had called, apologized or offered a freebie for next time but NOTHING … Never again.

It’s unfortunate that I’m taking a star away due to the under baked pizza. The first time we ordered from here, the food was decent, and properly prepared. The past two times, big changes, and not for the better.
I will not be ordering delivery from Domino’s again.

I’ve yet to get a refund for a pizza I ordered that wasn’t even delivered. Yall are idiots.

Ordered delivery from them and the pizza came not hot, crust burnt, and scattered cheese. They didn’t bring my drink or side. I call them about the order and they said they sent a driver to come bring my drink and side, but he never came. This is the second time they’ve messed up a delivery order of mine.
I requested a refund for this abysmal service and I was told that I couldn’t get refunded to my card. Dominos said I could come in and get a cash refund instead. I guess it worked out in the end, but it was a whole lot of trouble to go through to get my order right.

Update– the below review still stands as a terrible, terrible experience– but the offered pizzas were cooked and arrived within 20 minutes, and this delivery guy offered an apology as well.
As a note to the business, it’s well worth reviewing your night delivery staff, as my instinct says that this happening multiple times in the same timeframe implies an issue there, and I haven’t had any problem ordering during the day.

Literally the exact same experience as Bonnie H.- ordered food around 730, at 930 I called to see where my food was, it had just left after being reported as done by the website at 8:45.
An hour after that at 1030, still no food, I call again, and I’m told by the person that answers that the food should have been delivered 30 minutes prior, and I would be called back once she spoke with the driver.
At 1130, no food, and no callback– I call to check in, and I’m given a run around story about how I didn’t answer my door or phone when the driver showed up (he never showed up or called), so he went back, told them someone called him and said to cancel the order, so he went back to the shop with the food and they cancelled my order without notifying me at all.
After a 20 minute phone call, the woman I’d talked to 3 times previously offered to send me 2 pizzas on the house to make up for it– we’ll see if they ever show up.

The pizza was pretty good especially considering that it’s about 5.99 per medium pizza with two toppings when you order two pizzas. Delivery is $ 4 but this does not include tip.
There are lots of different options which was very pleasing. I got the regular crust for both pizzas. Garlic and olive toppings for one, and sausage and mushroom for the other. There were other eye catching options like anchovies, and steak though.
After ordering online it came within about 20 minutes. I was surprised actually, especially after reading the reviews and seeing online that the wait would be 38 min.
I wouldn’t want to pay full price for this pizza nor do I think it’s a five star delivery + taste experience. But it’s definitely convenient and beats Little Caesar’s in my book so I won’t this place to stick around. For that reason you should go there and so I give it five stars.

This review is for exactly what this place is, cheap, fast food pizza. This is Lil Ceasar’s quality. I don’t know who is expecting to receive gourmet pizza for $ 6, but if that’s what you want, you’ll be dolling out three times as much. If you utilize it for what it’s intended to be, you will get exactly as expected. A decent cheap pizza, better than frozen at about the same price with no oven heating up your house when it’s 100 degrees outside.
Why would you GO to the establishment? It’s a delivery joint people. I have ordered on-​line twice now including tonight. Both times it was delivered as ordered in under an hour. Pleasant drivers. The whole time I could track it on the tracker and know what stage the process was in. The pizza is decent fast food.

Last night I order a pizza at this location. I was excited for the new pizza in town but it was a horrible experience. We ordered a take out but when we got home there was a missing piece on our pizza. Our pizza was burn and the cashier person kept helping other people who got there after I did… There was no order in that place… I posted a picture on my facebook account but it got deleted.

Grand opening, onky one card swipe for three registers slows things down. Very busy, long wait but not longer than any other pie shop. Pizza, ehhh, crust was tasty but dry and not much topping. I had the Philly Cheese Steak, ehhh, dry, little meat or anything else, allnof which stopped inches from the edge. No wastebaskets for five sit down tables?
Obviously have some bugs to work out, but the food needs to improve as wll as this town is unforgiving.
