I’m a delivery man, it’s hard to get food when your hungry and driving a truck that doesn’t allow you to fit in to some places. Having said that it’s literally 6:25 this jack in the box is CLOSED… What kind of business doesn’t open in time, one that I would not like to do business with.

Every time I try to hit this location up for breakfast there is a piece of paper taped on the drive thru with some new excuse for being closed. Lesson learned – never trying again. Guess the universe is telling me to eat healthier breakfasts anyway – sorry Jack.

I usually like Jack in The Box breakfast. I go to the one nearest my house as it is closer. Today, again I asked for no cheese during the ordering phase and after. I was assured that there was no cheese. When I got home there was some left over cheese but most had been scraped off. I was too Hungary and it was raining so I tried to eat the sandwich anyway. Next time I will go to the other one or fix breakfast at home. I don’t like this place. I should have checked before I left. This is the 3 rd time.

For a fast food restaurant… dammmnn… the workers there might have not spoken much English, but I’ll give them this. their food was fresh, hot and cooked quick. Me and my wife stopped their for a quick bite one day and boy were we surprised with how fresh the food was haha.
Anyways, I’d like to give props to the manager who is working there for keeping the workers on the ball there!

I have been going to the Jack in the Box in Novato on Redwood Blvd (Novato Fair Shopping Center) for quite a long while now…
Bianca and her staff do a great job there. They are consistently friendly and the orders always come out fast. They have not once made a mistake in my order…
The restaurant itself has a very nice ambiance. It is well kept and the restrooms are clean. I like the fact that it has a modern feel to it. It is always a nice place to stop in for a meal or snack…

Say what you will — it may kill you fast, but the Sourdough Jack is a sound remedy for a hangover. Personally my favorite thing about Jack in the Box is that I can get Strawberry Fanta from the fountain. mmmmm… Strawberry Fanta. Really they should probably only get 2.5 stars but I am rounding up to 3 stars for the Fanta.
