KFC

Place is horrible, I come every once in a while maybe once a month, anyway the only thing I order is hot wings at the drive thru and every time I have to wait like 15 min people who work there suck at life!

I will never go back this place is gross.
And the employee’s to. Please don’t go there.
I wish they let me do 0 start on this review They need ti clean this place.

If I were able to give 0 stars I would maybe even give negative. This place is disgusting just like the employees. The roof was leaking and it was filthy inside. The employees were unprofessional. Who ever hired these employees should be fired immediately.
They told me they had no chicken at KFC. who the hell doesn’t have chicken at KFC. I had to wait 15 minutes for my shrimp and chips they were disgusting this is the worst place ever. I think it is a drug cover

Hoodlums hang out there. Now hoodlums behind the counter. First time I ever walked out of a fast food restaurant before I even ordered. A fan of KFC but I’ll never set foot inside this one again.

Same story as before. They can’t get my order right, I have to wait 20 minutes for two To Go Cups with wedges and strips, and they are out of sauces. No sweet-​and-​sour, no barbecue, and I got the last two ranch which I did not want. Who is running this place? I’m going to bitch to corporate because this happens all the time. The last time my wife came here she had to wait nearly an hour for her order and that’s just insane. It is 6:40 PM right now. Why is dinner not ready? I should not have to wait for anything and they should not be out of basic stuff.

I can not believe how this place is still in business… I did the drive through waited and waited finally somebody took my order then when I arrived at the drive through window somebody seemed to be on a milk crate with his back to me nodding out and knocking his head on the half open drive through window… as the shock subsided I yelled out my window hey boss you want to ring me up obviously startled he jumped up said sorry and got another person who asked me what I ordered… I now repeated the order too her and she said they were already working on it then she charged me… I waited for another ten minutes as I sat in my car intrigued by the argument of somebody sleeping with an underage 17 year old and how fu. cked that was. but that was not the icing on the cake when a third person finally showed up with my food she tried to charge me again I told her I paid and she didn’t believe me I had to show a receipt to get my food oh and she had her dirty ass sweat all over the bag… by that time I could do nothing and laugh and throw my meal out on my way out…

This is the worst KFC ever! It is run by young people that do not care about customers. Went through drive through today and sat for 10 minutes (literally!) while a young man kept looking out the back door and cursing because there were 2 cars in line. Finally a girl comes on speaker, takes my order then I don’t hear anything again for 1 minute. A man comes on and say «Did I take your order yet?» Insane!

Well I been coming to this KFC ever since I moved into town. Friends with some of the workers there. Usually my experience here is pretty good. The food taste fine. I never really had too much problems here. Nothing special, but also not too bad. They have Long John Silver’s which makes it a little better. I just don’t really look to this place when craving fast food, rather would do Taco Bell or McD’s.

They have ok chicken but the dude in the back got killer weed for cheaper than the clubs !!!

This place is a complete joke. I get snap chats from the current works there, drinking alcohol on the job, smoking big amounts of weed with in the store, and also they be having little dance party’s in the back of the kitchen.
Like I said a complete joke.

Employees yelling at each other, waiting excessive amounts of time (30 minutes) for food and being charged the wrong amount has driven me away. Seriously, I’ll go to San Rafael from now on. The management needs to step it up here, employees should never yell at each other in front of customers and then rehash it to other employees — all in front of customers.

Mediocre service. Employees are very unhelpful and make it more than obvious that they’d rather be somewhere else.

Well the kfc here in novato i like it cos it also has the long john silver’s too so you have the chose for fish or chicken and i also talked to the girl in front that i Unilocal and that the have 4 stars she was very happy cos she did not know that they have it an i told her to keep it up and she was telling me that they try to have all customers happy and yeah i been here @ 5 times and she is always good. Thank you anyways

This place is absolutely disgusting. They need to get rid of all the lazy stoners working there. I’ve been there 3 seperate times hoping to get some decent fried chicken, and every time I go I get OLD disgusting chicken that has been sitting out forever. I don’t know if the manager is a stoner too or what, upper management needs to take care of this place and put people in there who will do their job. I didn’t say anything the first time I went there… but these idiots are in the back smoking weed in the walk in freezer/​fridge and I don’t think they realize the entire place can smell them.
It’s very clear what goes on here. A bunch of pot heads come to work, and don’t work, and instead smoke weed… cook all their food at one time (probably when they first arrive on shift) and that’s the food you get 5 hours later.
I realize this is fast food so my expectation isn’t even high, but the people who currently work here make this place a horrible dining experience. Just go to the Jack in the Box next door, their food is fresh at least. Seriously take my word for it and don’t waste your money here.

Good food

I have a huge weakness for Fried Chicken and buttery biscuits, KFC, Popeye’s. I love them all. I’ve recently been bombarded with ads about KFC’s new hot wings, that are sauce-​less, so they are crunchy on the outside. Pretty good, but not too much different from Popeye’s spicy chicken.
So apparently there’s some deal where you can get 10 hot wings for 99 cents if you buy a 8 piece bucket meal. It ends up being a good amount of food, I highly recommend it.
This location is also a Long John Silver’s. So if you need to satisfy a fried fish hunger rather than fried chicken, you’ll be fine. Make sure to beat the lunch rush by getting here a bit before 12.
