Probably the worst Jamba Juice I’ve had. Two stars for efficient service, however it tasted like cold water with some fruit juice mixed in.

This Jamba Juice is located inside of Safeway. It is super slow. I saw customers left waiting without acknowledgement for quite some time. The drinks are good if you have nothing better to do for 20 minutes.

I am normally a fan of Jamba, but the Marin County locations leave something to be desired. Unfortunately, this one in particular has horrible customer service! I’m not sure if the manager there is still a guy named Antoine, but as long as he is, I would definitely steer clear of this one!

Awful experience! She was a blonde worker, did not now how to make an acai bowl. By the time she cut a banana my bowl melted. Also, she filled my bowl up about a quarter, it’s supposed to be full, it’s almost $ 8. She did not acknowledge a single customer in the line and since she was taking 15min to make my bowl, one gentleman left because he was ignored and she didn’t even consider his presence. What human being does that? I am appalled at service here. Who trained her? You are supposed to be quick on your feet, friendly, and address customer concerns. She didn’t do any of that. Good job!!! Never coming here again. The owner needs to train its employees.

After a long hike I wandered into safeway to get a Jamba Juice. After waiting 25 minutes to order, the employee, Kimberly began being rude, yelling, shouting, and throwing blender containers around in the sink. She actually told one of the customers in line to «get back here and clean the dishes» and yelled at her supervisor to «put a gun to her head». She ended up walking out and quitting before I even got my smoothie. A total of 30 minutes of waiting and I ended up just having to get a refund. AWFUL service

Over time, this Jamba has cleaned up it’s act… or canned the snails and hired quicker, more efficient employees. My recent experiences over the past year or so have been much more pleasant, and much less aggravating.
All hail the Jamba and people with a sense of urgency!

I love this location! It’s great to grab a Jamba Juice and shop while you’re sipping on it! I love the strawberry with the power and energy shots. They have a large selection and a nice staff. They also carry snacks so keep your eyes peeled for that.

I was craving a smoothie fix and was so happy to find a Jamba Juice near where I happened to be. I was surprised to find it was in a Safeway. I’m a little wary of stores in stores, but this one served it’s purpose. There was no line and I got my smoothie quickly. The employee there wasn’t cheery and bright, but quickness and efficiency in which I was served more than made up for it. For my experience, it gets 4 stars.

I want to say FINALLY, but I liked keva juice while it was here. The only other place even close is Dr. Insomniacs, but it’s noooo Jamba Juice.
Service was a little crazy when it first opened, but things are getting a little more smooth (ie). Remember to ask about special flavors not on the menu. It’s like in an out, there are secrets!
