What a great service. I waked in with one modern broken clock that was fixed on the spot. I was even invited into the back to watch the repair. Here is a place that really enjoys their profession. I have several antique clocks that I will bring here for service.

Called to see if they could repair my wristwatch. Told me they don’t work on watches but did refer me to a repair place in the Macy’s in San Rafael. Nice person, he even gave me their phone number. Much appreciated.

I used to go to the watch repair at Macy’s, but no more. For the two watches I’ve brought to The Clockmaker, the service here has been better priced than Macy’s and much friendlier, too. I wish I’d found this place years ago.

This is a real Mom & Pops place without even a website. I found it by googling «clock repair». Their hours are Mon-​Thus 12 – 5, which I could only find by calling them.
I had to get a clock fixed, so I rushed over on my lunch break to drop it off. Tim was very friendly, and he told me he could fix the clock in 10 minutes, so I wouldn’t have to come back to pick it up. It took him 7 minutes! The $ 25 charge was very reasonble – no tacking on extra fees for services, parts, etc. Tim was very knowledgeable and obviously loves clocks a lot :)
I would highly reccomend this place to anyone that needs a clock fixed.
