Unicorn Group has been my local go-to printer for over 3 years. They have always done an awesome job with every project I have given them: exceptional customer service, fast turn around, excellent quality of work. HOWEVER! The main reason I am writing this review is to praise and give thanks to their talented graphic designer, Bob Couillard! He has been incredibly helpful with every project that has ever needed additional assistance, and the past several days he has outdone himself… about 10 emails, 5 phone conversations, and 3 «walk me through it» over-the-phone tutorials later, he has helped me through yet another project. THANKYOU, Bob! Your patience and good natured willingness to share your expertise is what keeps me coming back to Unicorn!

This is an excellent neighborhood printer that can handle pretty much any job you set on their plate. They treated my little business card order like it was a million-run calendar. I never felt anything from them but thoughtful service and a commitment to quality.

FYI, they just moved around the corner to 49 Larkspur in San Rafael from the address listed here. They rescued me from a disaster at another printer in San Rafael(Poor Ann’s Press) and I’m really glad that I found them — the disaster now seems like a blessing. Angie sat down with me(they actually have a place for clients to sit and look through papers, ink colors, etc…) — not only have they done a beautiful job for me, they were about 35% less expensive! I was saved on my business cards and they took the time to help me look at my options for stationery and brochures that I’ll need next month. They took their time with me and answered all my questions and shared some great ideas for me to have nicer quality and still save money. As a new small business, this is a great support system for me to have!
