Full disclosure: I love Aveda. I love everything about it: the smell, the all-​naturalness, the atmosphere… well, everything except the price, that is. I have trouble justifying $ 22 face wash on my Miller High Life budget. But once in a while, a girl needs a treat; and since I had time to kill waiting for my phone repair appt across the way, I decided to stop in.
While there, I was greeted by Elle… who is fantastic in every way. She was personable, friendly, and helpful. She had such a great spirit and light coming from her that I wanted to be best friends with her– but wasn’t sure how to ask without sounding creepy. She made my shopping experience even more delightful than usual.
By the way… the three minute complimentary neck and shoulder massage is totally worth the time. Do it!!!

Social-​she was so sensual, selling silky soaps.

First of all, anyone that serves me tea while I shop gets 4 stars right off the bat.
I can’t really say I can give a fair review of this store because I’m a loyal Aveda user so if the products were sold at Big Lots, I’d go there.
However, every time I visit the store, the staff is friendly and helpful. Whenever I want to try something new, they are always knowledgeable about their products and give me honest opinions about how well they would work on me.
I have no complaints about this location and I love going there!
