The Colton Center

I had six treatments and only had one good experience. I stopped going because everything was awful. I carefully selected this center based on reviews while waiting for a groupon to show up regarding laser hair removal. There are two women that do it, a foreign lady and an older blonde haired lady. If I could have the older, blonde haired lady to do it everytime I probably would have kept up with it. The foreign lady is very rude and didn’t have as much knowledge as the blonde haired lady. I requested the blonde lady and would get the foreign lady. The cancelled my appointments many times, called even more times to reschedule because somehow, almost every time I booked an appointment, it was never the right time that they opened. They kept blaming «someone new» but it was always the same lady who did the scheduling for me and numerous times there were comments on how she had been there for such a long time.
I was really looking forward to getting a bang for my buck here and the laser hair removal working successfully. Neither of those things happened.
Another thing about it is that the one time I was able to get the blonde haired lady was the time that I could actually notice a difference in the hair I was trying to remove. She has a different technique and I’d say it works best. The other times the foreign lady did it I never once noticed any difference whatsoever. Quite depressing.
