Thru the angry customers who were late to their appointments, and the kids throwing up or abusing the stylist somehow the stylists still have patience…
Been there numerous times and seen kids grab stylists and scratch them while parents play with the Xbox 360’s and their phones disinterested in their child’s haircut. I’ve seen parents literally spit on stylists for not taking them back right away when their 30 – 45 mins late for their appointment. And the stylists still smile and cut the kids hair no problem.
As for these other reviews, parents shouldn’t be playing with the Xbox while their child gets a hair cut, those controllers are expensive and you as a parent should watch your child during the service those cars could fall of your child isn’t behaving u must help the stylist control the situation. To the person who got the hair too short maybe you shouldn’t say shave their neck if u don’t want a short cut on curls? Instead say line up the back with trimmers…
Please understand those stylists deal with all types of kids all day, and all types of parents. All with different ideas of the perfect haircut and with a different concept of time. It’s kinda dumb to one star a place when you caused the problem.
Now me personally all those stylists have their good and bad sides on how they do hair, but they will be honest and talk u thru a cut while they do it if you request, they also are very happy to show u how to style it and give u suggestions on other hair related questions, they work with handicap and sensory issue kids. They will take breaks during a cut of the child needs. The store has many distractions and other fun stuff too. If I was a kid I would go there for a hair cut.

I think I was in shock after the lady was done and all her hair was chopped. I said «cut off the split ends and shave the back.» The more i look at her uneven, stringy hair now I get more and more upset. I really wish I realized how horrid it was, I was maybe in denial as I left, since I did tip… It was over in 5mins. i’m pretty devastated.

Yikes. This is supposed to be a place that specializes in children’s haircuts. This means (to me at least, and correct me if I’m wrong) that the stylists should be PATIENT and TRAINED to deal with kids that may be nervous to get their hair cut. Not snapping at them when they aren’t looking all the way down. Will never go back. The lady was so rude and rushed the haircut did not even bother to dry or put gel in my son’s hair.

Taking about POOR customer service! This lady allegedly called Ashley told me (dad) to not touch the Xbox Controller that they have for the kids to play with, BECAUSE IT WAS TOO EXPENSIVE AND THEY DIDNT WANTED PEOPLE PLAYING WITH IT!

The stylist didn’t say one word to my two and a half year old.
She had a horrible attitude and no interest in kids whatsoever. My son walked into the place in a great mood and walked out bored and disinterested. She couldn’t have been more distant and disengaged. The haircut was fine no complaints there.

The staff isn’t professional checking in customers. I don’t mind waiting but let me check in and come back in 20 min so my toddler isn’t getting antsy and bored waiting in their tiny waiting area. I don’t want to stand there and wait just to be acknowledged and put my name in. My son’s haircuts have been mixed: one good and one fair. Not good enough to keep my business.

This place is really great. Our daughter has had her first two haircuts here. She was a bit scared and sad each time. The stylists at Cool Cuts made her comfortable and dealt with a fidgety baby so well. We will be coming back for the rest of her baby cuts!

Fabulous place to get my kid’s haircut here. They watch their favorite show or movie or even play xbox when they get your hair cut done. Also the staff is great! they are so nice and make the kids happy.
