Stromboli was outstanding, great turkey sub as well. Pizza is consistently one of the best in the area.

Much higher price than the chains but quality is poor. Chicken wing was extremely dry. There was nothing special except too much cheese to hide the inability to cook a good pizza. In the competitive market for pizza, high price and low quality will not give you more than one star.

Very slow service — I think they were understaffed. Novi pricing. My sandwich was pretty good. They must do mostly takeout, as there was little seating. Nothing truly awful, but I wouldn’t return to this place.

I just had the most delicious Stromboli delivered to my work today. The pizzas are hot and fresh and probably about the best around

This is not good pizza, much less the rest of it… Umm frozen pizza taste better, we ordered for lunch at work, sadly most was not eaten and we ordered a lot unfortunately.

Way expensive, very small«large» deep-dish, and not especially tasty. Plus, was very put off by the surly teen at the register.

Got a great thin crust pizza, and went to pick it up as they didn’t deliver because I was too far out. The vegetables and sauce on the pizza were great. Definitely one of the best pizzas I’ve ordered. Was a little pricey for myself, I spent almost 20 dollars for pizza and a house salad. The thin crust is only available for bigger pizzas. But both lasted me for 3 days. Overall, great taste!

Stromboli was cooked to perfection and ingredients were good quality with great flavor. Detroit style deep dish pizza was very good. Will definitely return when I am in town for more stromboli. Service was fine. Don’t expect a big happy smile but man(teen) taking order knew the menu and was able to answer all of my questions. Man who brought out order was very nice and did have a smile. Sometimes — you need a little patience and remember that not everyone is super friendly or chipper. Only two table each with two chairs so not a sit down for dinner with the family location.

Chicago style pizza was really good. We did take out and it was better than we expected.

I was staying at StayBridge Suites in Novi after being involved in a car accident– I seen that Guidos was across the street so I decided to order a pizza, cheese bread & Stromboli. I did place my order online & it stated it would arrive in approximately 90minutes. I seriously thought that would not be the case considering I could see the Guido’s store from my Hotel window. EXACTLY87 minutes later my food arrived & it was room temperature at best!!! I was appalled that it actually took this amount of time on a Monday night & the thought that I could have walked across the street or even called a cab to take me to get my food would have been faster. The sadder part was the food tasted awful! The pizza had minimal sauce & cheese, Stromboli & cheese bread were overcooked & bread was hard as it obviously sat too long. I called the store & barely received an apology for my inconvenience for a long wait & bad tasting food! A very disappointing 45.00 spent. I will NEVER spend my money here again– Little Caesars Hot n Ready is a better pizza than what I received from this place! Avoid this establishment at all costs!

Pizza good — Service not so good. Waiting in lobby to order for 4 minutes on my lunch break. Employee(female teen) finally walks out if back, walks past me, gets something out of cooler, walks past, says«someone will be right up…». Waited another 3 minutes and nobody came. Finally I walk to where whoever in back can see me — guy in back taking on cell phone finally walks up … «Can I take you order…»(no smile, no sorry for the wait). This is not the first time I have noticed less than friendly customer service at this place. I try to avoid buying pizza here due to getting that weird«you’re bothering me» feeling I get from the employees here — which is too bad as I like the pizza. They also have no idea as to the specials if you ask(assuming they even have specials). Maybe anything other than calling an order in — picking it up and paying is more customer service than they have been trained to do. I just feel like they haven’t been trained on customer service at all. To be fair, the guy who eventually gave me my pizza did say«have a nice day» — not with a scowl or anything and as a normal interaction would go but there is an undercurrent of «I just want to make my pizzas» and the counter interactions are getting in the way of that. I would recommend they put glass in their wall that separates the counter from the kitchen — they have a door walk-in buzzer but apparently they don’t react immediately to it as a few times i have waited for someone to come out(to the point you almost have to walk to where they can see you and make a noise, cough or say«hellloooo… anyone here?.») Not he best start to a customer service experience. And definitely no smiles and attitude like«Hi happy to have you come in and give us business and give me a paycheck» feeling imparted. More like a «Yea, hurry up as i have work to do in back«vibe. Has happened most times I stop in there. Not saying you have to be Jimmy Johns and play loud music and pretend like there is a party going on in the place that the customer just walked in on — but just a little acknowledgment of the fact that competition is tough and if you don’t like having to kiss up to customers at least a little — you shouldn’t be in business. Customer experience is the name of the game now.

Had this pizza tonight for the first time and it was really good. We had a XL square pizza with pepperoni and bacon. It was delicious! Lots of cheese and toppings. The breadsticks were yummy too and we got the fire roasted sauce to go with them. I gotta say, that fire roasted sauce, is goin on my pizza next time! It may not be hot and spicy but it does have a smokey roasted pepper flavor that was unique and super good. Our garden salad was loaded with fresh veggies and cheese and the Italian dressing went great with it. It wasn’t super chunky and full of hearts like your typical pizza joint salad tends to be, everything was actually cut up nicely. We rounded out the meal with some cinnamon bread which came with the icing on the side. My husband doesn’t care for the icing so he loved that. All in all we were very satisfied with our visit today! I think we found a great new pizza place to add to the rotation!

This is one of the weakest pizza franchises out there. Pizza had little flavor, few toppings. Avoid this one!

Decent local franchise pizzeria. Great lunch special: 2 topping personal pizza with a bottle of pop for $ 5! Looks like there is a vegetarian lasagna on the menu, I will try that next time. This place is designed for take out with only two small tables and no fountain pop.
