Very fast service, even when its packed, very polite staff as well. Food is low-price and very good. Whether you get something for breakfast or something for dinner, you will be satisfied!

One of the best two coneys with everything and fries in town. The waitstaff is friendly and efficient. Waitress Carey is always pleasant and does a wonderful job dealing with the special needs population. Did I mention the delicious coney dogs…

The best Leo’s there is! The place is busy yet quick service. It’s clean and the food is excellent. I usually get the Chicken Finger Pita. It’s always made exactly the same no matter when I order it. They’re very consistent. I love the ranch with it. Today, I tried the Cole slaw, it was great. Not too sour and a bit sweet. The waitresses who brought us our drinks, the one who took our order, and the one who checked on us throughout our meals were friendly, nice, and quick. This location is definitely my favorite.

I have never had bad service here. I have been coming here 4 – 5 days a week for breakfast and/or lunch. I’m pregnant with severe morning sickness! The chicken lemon rice and fries work wonders. And an Arnold Palmer. If it wasn’t for this place I would be starving, it’s all I can keep down.

Service staff has a hard time remembering orders. on my last trip there were 3 orders of fries placed and not one of the three were received. the food is overall very delicious but the forgetful waters/waitresses make for a not so great dining experience at times.

Always have fast friendly service. The waitress even warned use not to do Mac an cheese for little ones because wasn’t good lol. Look the village salad with chicken. Grill grilled chicken and huge portion.

Great place for inexpensive coney style food. Carry Out and Dining In. There is lots of locations. Very quick service in and out before a game.

Gourmet, it is not! Consistently good food and good service, yes, it is! Been coming to this Leo’s for years, probably about 50 times! Have hardly had even a slight complaint about anything. Recommend the breakfasts, the fish and chips and their pita sandwiches. Good, hot soup too. Fast and efficient service!

Always good service. I went here often on my lunch breaks when I worked down the street from Leo’s. The waitstaff was friendly and fast. I usually ordered a coney and soup so my food was usually ready within minutes. A friend recommended that I try the loose hamburger, which was a bit messy but tasted pretty good. My favorite dish is the spinach and feta cheese omelette. Would recommend this place to a friend.

This place used to be much better. The service used to be fast, the food fresh, and the waitstaff friendly. Now the place has gone down hill, with long wait times for a Coney Island, seeing your waitstaff person twice during your entire meal, and unapologetic management. Last time we were here, we waited in a line of 4 people to pay. After 5 minutes, one of the waitresses came by and took the last person to pay their bill. When I said something, she shrugged and said, «too bad, I grabbed them first.» There are too many Coney Islands around for such poor customer service. I would pick a different Leos or even a different Coney Island.

First the good, umm the girl at the take out counter was friendly and that was it. The food was just terrible and soggy and tasteless and the sad part is… it was a ghost town in there no excuse for terrible food when you aren’t busy

how can any diner food be bad? you will find it here! Love Leo’s in Canton, its the best; how could they be so different just 20 miles apart. Fries cold and limp, veggie pita hardly considered a full serving-hubby’s complaint on the gyro pita also. waitress hardly spoke to us but fawned over the other people she was serving. maybe her problem with us was we only ordered water??? there is no way in hell we would ever return to this place. not the cleanest place i’ve been in either. there has to be some place better in novi, or maybe not!

We used t o get Leos regularly say once a week or so. My wife’s office is near and convenient for take out. We placed an order picked it up and were assured all the food was in the bag. When we got home 6 miles away they forgot an entire club sandwich. This would all be fine except for the way I was treated by a pierced faced snot nose brat running the phone. When I told her of the mistake she giggled at me and sarcastically said sorry. When I asked to speak to a manager she deliberately lied and said there was no manager on staff at that time, this was a Friday at 6 pm prime busy time and they had no manager yeah right. I wrote a email to corporate and got some so sorry rubber stamp answer mind you the whole time I am out the 6 bucks for the meal and no one ever even mentions this. What a poor excuse for customer service, I now make it a point to go elsewhere when buying lunch for her office. Good move Leos its a total shame that a teenager can cause such a big loss in business, I suggest letting a mature adult handle customer problems in the future. Food was always correct and fine.

While on the way to do some retail therapy, I decided a Coney Island brunch would be what my stomach needed before said shopping trip. Lucky me, I had a Leo’s Coney Island gift card, so with the help of the trusty but simplistic Blackberry Unilocal app, I found myself at this Leo’s location in Novi. Located in yet another lovely suburban plaza, this Leo’s boast a large clean dining area, plenty of tables and fast, friendly service. Whenever I do Coney, I either go down two routes: Greek Salad or breakfast. Breakfast at Coney is a staple in every Michigander’s food pyramid. No matter on which Coney I go to, breakfast is always uniform at these places. However, Greek Salads always vary depending on which chain or independent Coney you decide to dine at. Thankfully, this Coney chain serves up some fantastic Greek Salad. I opted for the Spinach Greek Salad with Chicken… Gotta get my leafy greens in! Chicken was cooked perfectly, the fixings were just right and the pita was nice and hot. Only complaint: the spinach leaves were huge and a few were starting to wilt. Would love to see baby spinach leaves instead but thats neither here or there. The salad definitely did its job; I was full and happy and ready to shop the afternoon away.

I kinda figured that all coney islands were created equal but I was dead wrong. We got here and there was a line pretty much out the door so I had higher than usual expectations, thinking to myself ‘This place must be pretty good if there’s a line out the door!’ We ordered two coffees right off the bat and it was awful! It was really watered down and I couldn’t even drink it! We ordered the usual scrambled eggs, hashbrowns, sausage, toast combo. There was a hair in mine and I returned it immediately. The food was a little on the cold side… there’s probably a mound of all of the ingredients on the flat top and they slap it on the plate. The service was pretty good but that’s about it. So beware!!!

The one reason why I love to come back to Michigan for a visit is my fix for Coney Island. Usually I go to the staples of National or Kerby’s…but Leo’s also does the job. It seriously has been over 2 years since I had my fix of chili cheese fries, so I went with my BIL and nephew during the busy lunch hour. This is why I love Coney islands so much… quick turnaround. You never have to wait around for a seat. Basically you sit, order, get your food in less than 5 minutes, eat, then go. I got the Greek pasta salad and chili cheese fries. My nephew loves his regular chicken fingers with ranch. He is never disappointed. For the most part I wasn’t disappointed either. The pasta salad was a little plain. The chili was just like a remembered… so so so good. And then after you eat it, it is like Taco Bell. Sounds good when you think of it… tastes wonderful when you eat it… but afterwards, you think«What was I thinking???» The place is clean and service is always friendly… don’t expect 5 star service… they want you in and out. Thank you Leo’s for my Coney fix… and I think I am alright for the next 2 years.
