I visited this location with the intention of purchasing items for my home. As I circulated the store not finding what I was seeking, I was never once greeted by an employee. I finally approached one for assistance. She never had the curtesy to look away from the computer in front of which she was standing. Her demeanor was unwarranted condescension, considering that having done online research in advance, I knew more about the product in question than she. The associate was unsuccessful in assisting me; I left the store without purchase. With access to other reputable home décor retailers both online and in my area, Pottery Barn – which I now consider the uncouth stepchild of Williams-Sonoma – has become a last resort.

What a fabulous store for home décor. I’ve always been a big fan of this store. What sets this location apart from others is the staff. They are the most unpretentious people ever. Keep in mind, we had just eaten at an Indian restaurant and were quite fragrant. In fact, a service person at Pandora, had just given us the most repulsed looks and service, so we were a little nervous going into any other location. Those ladies were sooooo nice. Smiling, greeting us with big hellos and chatty. If we stunk, they sure didn’t show it. Sometimes that staff at Potterybarn can be quite snotty and unapproachable, not at this location. I would love to have my whole house decorated in Potterybarn(and perhaps someday I will get there… lol) It’s not cheap, but if you like rustic, northern comfort… this is your place. Great store and will frequent this location many times. :)
