I’ve done the big, flashy gyms before and it wasn’t my thing. I don’t need aerobic classes or EDM music blasting at high volume. I just want a simple workout where I can lift in peace and actually de-​stress from my day. Extreme Gym isn’t glitzy, but the owner is a great guy, the gym is kept neat and clean, and you have everything you need for a full workout and more — the price is hard to beat, as well.

By far the best gym that I have ever joined! Pricing is affordable, hours are great, and the trainers really know what they are talking about. The equipment is just enough and it is never over crowded. I would recommend this gym to everyone!
