Waste of money and time. Bed bugs continued to appear even after the SEVENTH TIME the same exterminator was called in. There’s no possible way I was bringing them back into the house either (as some may argue) because I avoided the room and kept my things out for months. Once I would get the courage to finally sleep in the room, I would STILL wake up with bites. I even found one crawling towards my pillow one morning. Again, this went on for MONTHS. I did everything they told me to do vigoursly (heat dry/​wash clothes, mattress/​box spring covers and all). Nothing worked. After all the stress, we decided to just get a whole new bed set. Ridiculous. I wanted to give 2 stars because at least the phone customer service representatives were nice and they scheduled for the exterminator to come back asap after I called. But after all this stress, I can’t even give them that. My advice, buying new furniture may be worth it depending on the severity of your infestation (and possibly cheaper) than calling Orkin. Never counting on this service again.
