It’s hit or miss with the staff. The one barista Erin or Eric? is a total jerk. He was acting miserable to work there and kept giving such attitude. Other staff members like Josh or the tall girl are great and always make the drinks very well.

Another local spot in my hometown and I’ll buy I’ll fucking coming here for years everyone is so nice and so from me fast service great people great way to charge your phone without Wi-Fi service what more can I say. Run into all of your old Nyack friends here

Absolutely Filthy. Nyacks population is largely homeless and this Starbucks is the towns repository. I’m sure the staff can only do so much to keep the place safe for food service.

One of the woman behind the counter has a shrill voice. She talks too much, and is rather loud. The other woman behind the counter (the one that served me), muttered a grand-total of three words to me throughout the entire transaction — «one-ninety-one).
Never seen so many flies in my life — and I have backpacked through central and south America.
Toilets are clean, which for somebody that lives in NYC, and has visited quite a few Starbucks, is above expectation.
Wi-fi is fast and reliable, too.

Seems to me that the new city starbucks has too many changes with regards to staff and It still is just off. Im just not sure why they can not get it together. Maybe its pay scale. Who knows. In any event many starbucks are losing their educated baristas and all too often staffing with people that might need a bit more hustle in their step.

This location as with most seems clean. I never find it overcrowded. Nyack used to be a sleepy town but not anymore. I’m happy Starbucks opened a shop here ;)

Yup. She was right! Just spent $ 9 on two cups of warm milk.

I rate all Starbucks by first, the service and second, quality and third, environment/cleanliness. The service was excellent and quality good. The environment was lacking, no music at a Starbucks makes it dull.

Great Starbucks. The gentleman that works behind the counter with the thick rimmed glasses is extremely rude and snippy. Name tag «Scott». All other employees are always so cool and welcoming. This dude needs a reality check, don’t forget dude you work at Starbucks…

The staff here is awesome. The layout is nice too. These employees have to deal with some «unique» and «crazy» people ALL the time here and I would not wish that upon anyone ever! They handle these people with class and the right way. I’ve been a witness more than once and that’s why i’m writing this review. Kudos to the hard working staff here at Nyack’s Starbucks!

Only one person was working.
