Great pizza, wings are pretty good as well… only downside… slooooooow and a bit pricey. I got there at 5 pm and it wasn’t too bad but got very busy with one girl working the counter and answering the phone. I would recommend calling in the order vs going there and ordering. I went in and ordered and was told it would take 25 minutes, it took 45. I would also recommend that they have other pizza sizes besides just large. Will go back for sure but order ahead.

The pizza was dry, with almost no(red) sauce evident at all. It is vastly inferior to the multitude of other pizza offerings in the local area. The garlic Parmesan wings come as a shaken-on dry garlic seasoning that is rather bland. The«everything» wings are OK, with the milder creamy buffalo wing sauce flavor still predominating. The balsamic vinaigrette is reportedly homemade and was the star of all of the offerings that we tried I have no idea how this restaurant can continue to survive given the food that it produces, in spite of the owner’s interesting backstory.

This is my fourth time coming and by far the worst. I can only comment on the service and not the pizza because I still haven’t received my order. I have no problem waiting over an hour for a pizza but I would like to know when I place my order. When we walked in to place the order we were promptly ignored by a young lady who seemed to have no idea what she was doing. Later after placing the order we were talking with a couple who had been waiting for an hour and a half for their order so we went back in to ask the cashier how long we could expect to wait for our order and we were ignored again. This time for a few more minutes. While waiting we have witnessed about 4 different orders which have been incorrect, over-cooked, etc… Hopefully ours will be fine if we ever receive it. Perhaps some training on how to handle a dinner rush and some customer service training are in order. Edit– we added a star after getting home and finding our pizza well cooked and just as good as the previous trips. We will be back but hopefully some of the kinks get worked out. We would also love to see an option to order by the slice

The food: first, we ordered wings and a calzone to share. The calzone came with ice cold marinara. Nothing like dipping hot food in a cold sauce. Is too much cheese possible? YES! It is if I only counted a couple of pieces of the toppings I actually wanted on it … It was hard to chew without choking on the cheese. Wings were tough. Likely re-heated before we got it. The calzone and wings were served on a cheap paper plate. you know the kind you get 1000 of for $ 2? Yea, that kind. We were eating paper plate by the time we were done cutting up our calzone. The staff: Friendly enough. But you get a real sense of what the next generation of business owners looks like. While we were eating, along with other guests inside, a couple of the staff were looking at FB with the monitor facing outward toward the seating area. Laughing. The cooking staff was very young and loud and goofing off while guests were eating. I understand a «fun» environment, but you get a real sense that there is no real professionalism here; that they are unaware of what’s going on around them. We travel extensively, eat out a lot, and I have to say I’ve never experienced a more«immature» staff.(please don’t confuse with with young. Our children are in their mid 20’s and understand professionalism) I would consider take out… one more time, to give it another shot. But I will never go back in for dining.

Pros: Food tastes great. Thin crust NY style pizza with delicious cheese and sauce. The calzone was also excellent. Garlic bread knots were also quite tasty. Cons: Probably costs $ 5 – 10 more to feed a family than comparable take outs(like Gia’s, not the chains). The garlic bread knots were about 2“x2″ and 4 knots cost $ 6. Whoa! Won’t be ordering those again. Overall: Best local option in Ofallon for pizza takeout but I would like to see better daily specials/deals and the price is just a tad high.

It’s about time! Finally, a GREAT take out pizzeria in town. You know it’s good when you are on your way home with your pizza and you have to explain to. your family as to why slices are missing! Excellent choices here. Really good ingredients and the crust is amazing. Really friendly service too. Flamentco’s is a throwback to the family run eateries that seem to continue to disappear from our landscape.

I have been there twice and wish either of them turned out like many other reviews have said. My first visit I stopped by with my kids and ordered a couple pizzas. The young lady who took the order said it would be about 15 – 20 minutes. About forty minutes later, we still did not have any of our pizzas and were offered some garlic knots to make up for the wait. That would have been nice if it did not take another 15 minutes to get them. At the one hour mark, I really needed to leave so I had to ask for my money back. They were courteous and gave me some money, but it was not for the full amount so they had to go back in and get me the balance. I figured maybe the first visit was a fluke so I went back on a different day and tried to order the pizzas I wanted on the first visit. Unfortunately, they had run out of ingredients and could not make the pizzas. The folks working there are really nice and I wish them well. I hope my experiences were the exception and not the norm. Once I see the positive reviews grow, I may try another visit.

I will recommend this to anyone and everyone. Britt’s Blazing Buffalo pizza and Caribbean Jerk wings were amazing!

Really good pizza. Not too pricey for the quality, I’d rather pay more for this than save a few bucks on mediocre food from a chain. The hot wings really were not too hot, but the sauce was good nonetheless and they were perfectly cooked. It’s really nice having the option for such good food from a local business. Next time we’ll try some of the other offerings, maybe pasta or the garlic knots.

The Godfather pizza was great with the fresh Ricotta Spinach and Chicken !!! He tried the mild wings and the garlic parm wings. Everyone thought they were just right. We will be back. I liked this place so much I posted a bunch of pictures. Don’t usually do this. Give them a try REALLYGOOD

First But definitely not our last visit! Great Pizza! Some of the other places in our area may have spent a load of money on their building, and sure they may have already established a local following but they should take note, this place serves up what I would consider a superior pie to those places! Why? Excellent Fresh Made Crust, Loads of REAL Mozzarella Cheese(none of that Mixed crap) fresh veggies and flavorful meats and sauce. We got a huge pie for around $ 20 Very Fair price Indeed for a pie of this quality! (Want a $ 5 factory pizza with imitation everything? Then stick with the national chains!) Great Job (We hope they expand their Friday Saturday hours be open later than 8pm(football season!)

Had the opportunity to visit this establishment Saturday… I was NOT disappointed! From the«in-store entertainment» to the freshness and quality of the food… I have NO complaints! We tried«The Jungle», pepperoni pizza, and 4 different flavors of wings – hot, mild, bbq, and Everything(the Everything flavor is a MUST)! THISISNOTYOURCHAINDELIVERYPIZZA… and they offer a discount for teachers on Tuesdays(another huge plus for them)! Welcome to the neighborhood, Flamentco’s…and I’m coming for my cinnamon rolls this weekend!
