Their Pizza was great. My son loved the Mac and cheese, as did I! Wonderful service by the waitress and the manager was very nice as well.

We had a nice time with the kids here tonight. This is a cool building for a pizza place, bar & brewery. The pizza here is top notch wood fired pizza. The crust was tasty and the sauce on the Trio was a little spicy and sweet. We had the Trio & Hot Brown pizza but I was even more impressed with the Maple Bourbon Pork Sliders. It’s the first time we’ve visited here & it won’t be the last. They even have Paulaner on tap and it was fresh. They operate a brewery here with their own selection but once I had the real German beer, I had to that way. The whole experience was excellent.

I was really excited to go to Peel after hearing such great things from friends. I am not sure if it is just that it is the first restaurant of it’s kind in our area or what, but it definitely did not stand up to the hype for me. Nothing terrible to complain about, but nothing special either. The pizza was just ok and was fairly burnt, of which I am not a fan. The salad was good, although pricy for a side salad. The atmosphere downstairs is not great, so if you go, make sure to sit upstairs. The best part for me was getting a drink while we waited the hour for a table at the upstairs bar. Overall, I felt it was just an ok experience.

Good pizza. Everything’s a bit more expensive than I’d like, but it’s well-crafted pizza that every so often is worth the extra few bucks.

We have been to Peel about 3 times now since moving to the area last summer. I will say, it is really good! The only downfall is that they don’t offer a military discount the wings are super flavorful and the pizzas are so good. They have some specials each week that you can find out by signing up for their emails. The pizzas are so fresh tasting and use seasonal ingredients that make all the difference. They are a thin crust but always cooked to perfection. We have tried probably 10 different flavors and all have been super tasty. They also don’t get cheap on the amount of the toppings. Service is always friendly and I’d day the wait is typical. It can be busy though, it depends on the time of day or day of the week. I would say to be prepared to wait just in case. The wait is worth it though, super good pizza.

Did NOT expect such excellent food from a small town… Really, just thoughtful, interesting salads and pizzas. All cooked very well. Very fresh ingredients and decent beer selection. Good wait staff. Apparently just re-opened after fire and we could not tell there had been anything amiss. Excellent recover.

Great pizza, wonderful & fresh salads, great beer. I wish I could place take out orders for my salads. Interesting building & great décor with music on the weekends. It is my favorite local pizza & salad restaurant.

This is one of my favorite restaurants. I love brick oven pizza to begin with and this place does it right. They have an in house brewery so you can get some suds really local. They seem to always have some sort of special, some stay around longer than others, but they’re always good. Even though I love their pizzas, one of my most favorite things on the menu is the Buffalo Mac and Cheese. I like it so much that I will often order a pizza to eat there and then get the Mac and Cheese to go, just so I can have them both. The service is always good.

Disclaimer: I’m not a fan of the sweet sauce that is St. Louis-style pizza. Other than that, the food is pretty good. However, where this company really did us wrong? I had a work even and made reservations for 50 people for dinner in a Wednesday night. Then on the Friday before they called to cancel because they said they would make more money from single table. Wow!!! Horrible service!!! I’ll never be back.

I took my in laws to lunch on the day before Valentine’s Day, so Peel had their weekend specials. My father in law really enjoyed the specialty shrimp Cajun pasta that was featured, it was delicious. The fire grilled buffalo wings are amazingly tasty and if your a fan of blue cheese, then you’ll love theirs! I got the maple bacon bourbon pizza and my mother in law got the shrimp scampi pizza… let me just say that everything was delicious! They loved their first visit here! The only reason I knocked a star off is because their 13 ingredient Bloody Mary was dull and watered down with a limp piece of bacon in it… it was pretty flavorless and disappointing, so I wouldn’t order it again. That being said though, service was great, Ashley was super friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. Great place for a date, to bring the whole family or have a friendly get together!

Stopped by for dinner while on a trip and enjoyed the food and brews. The house brews were high quality craft beers that were not obnoxiously hopped, but rather well balanced brews that showed the hand of a mature brewmaster. The pizza and wings were great and reasonably priced. Highly recommended.

I have been to Peel 3 or 4 times now. I really like it. They remodeled an old building and the space is very inviting. Today I ordered the Thai Red Curry pizza. My lunch date ordered a pizza with shrimp and sun-dried tomatoes. The Thai Red Curry pizza was excellent. The curry was only slightly spicy and the coconut milk taste was more noticeable than the curry. The chicken was sparse but tender and the veggies were fresh and crisp. The shrimp and sun-dried tomato pizza is not something I would order but I did try it and it had a nice flavor. Their crust is always delicious and the service is friendly. I have tried other pizzas and so far I think my favorite is the Maple Bourbon Pork. Their salads are great too! This is not to be missed if you are in O’Fallon or Edwardsville, IL!

What a cool spot! Really nice restaurant with a unique craft beer selection and an equally unique pizza menu. It’s a really nice addition to the area which is heavy on the chain restaurants. We had great time eating and drinking at the bar one saturday night. The bartender was knowledgeable about the beers and suggested some good(if pricey) ones for us to try. Check it out!

Went here for dinner, and it’s one of the best pizza places I’ve been to. The appetizers we ordered were amazing(if only I can remember what they were to help you guys out) and the beer was pretty good as well. I came here with a group, so we all ordered different types of pizzas to go around. I ordered the sausage, and it definitely seemed like a homemade pizza. Pretty sure the others ordered meat lovers, buffalo chicken(which was amazing) and some sort of veggie one which had green apples on it. Trust me, it sounds bad, but it is really good. Really the only thing I didn’t like about it is the service and the price. The waitress seemed bothered to be serving us and annoyed. The price of their food and beer is high as well. By that, I mean plan on spending $ 8 on a Blue Moon and $ 12 on a pizza. If you’re gonna charge me that much, I want the pizza and the beer mug to be bigger.

We were early, I suppose. My husband and I were seated right away with our infant. We has stopped here after 6 hours in the car with 3 more to go. The food was 5 stars, hands down. We tried the wings, a buffalo chicken pizza and one with apple slices… I can’t remember the name. It was all so very good. Four stars because our server seemed put off by us. Maybe they don’t see a lot of babies? Ours was quiet and held by one of us the entire time. Amazing atmosphere, otherwise. Loved the layout.

One-word: fruit-flies. Fix-it. Goat cheese appetizer was fine, despite the nonversation I lost with the server… «The Goat Gratin looks good, but can we get any other type of bread than ciabatta?» «It come with crostini points.» «Yes, but can we get any other type of bread item instead? Like maybe un-toasted ciabatta?» «It comes with points. If you wanted anything else, it’d be extra.» «So, the answer is no.» Ordered it anyway. Needs a different kind of bread. The ciabatta crostini is hard as a biscotti. Maybe offer it un-toasted? Just sayin’.

Love the original location but this one is even better! Why is it better? A few reasons but first and foremost is that it is large enough to handle quite a few more customers than their original location. Next reason… they are brewing their own beer on the second level. Finally, based on their facilities they have an expanded menu when compared to the original place. I ordered their bbq pork sliders and selected a cup of their tomato bisque as my side dish. The soup was one of the better soups I’ve had this fall. In my book, fall and winter are perfect for soup as a side dish and this one did not disappoint! The tomato flavor was full and fresh while being very creamy at the same time. I really liked the inclusion of fresh basil and house-made croutons. The icing on the cake had to be the shredded smoked cheese sprinkled over the top and added a great depth of flavor. The bbq pork sliders included a maple-bourbon sauce that was simultaneously sweet and tangy with a smoky flavor as well. The pork was tender and juicy while also carrying a decent amount of smokiness and is made in-house. Top it with cheddar cheese and some smoky bacon and stick the whole pile of yumminess on a small pretzel roll that has a good bit more salt crystals stuck to the top than the average pretzel roll. Multiply by 3 and you’ve got a bigger, better meal than you can find just about anywhere for ten bucks. I’ve had their pizza on every other visit but I’m glad that I ventured in a different direction this time around. Now if we could just get them to open #3 in the Chesterfield Valley…

Best place on this side of the river for pizza and wings! Nothing tastes better than wood fired pizza and wings. They have such a good variety, it’s hard to pick. They always have pizza specials, and they make them interesting. My husband and I go quite often as it is only 10 min from our home, so we have tried quite a bit of the menu. My favorite wings are maple bourbon bacon. Oh my. Chunks of bacon in a thick, syrupy sauce, make these the best wings ever. Who doesn’t like bacon??? As for pizza, its really a matter of preference, and what you have a taste for at the time. They have good prices, and good portions! Also, their side of Mac n cheese is to die for! So cheesy, its simply one of the best I have tasted. Their salad portions are quite large, and always fresh and tasty, so you can’t go wrong with that. Overall, fantastic place to hang with friends and have good eats!
