Blek. awful pizza. I loved Pizza Hut growing up. The quality of there pizza is terrible now. Never ordering this again.

This buffet here is great! I love coming here for lunch with friends and picking whatever I want off the buffet. It’s usually not too crowded here either.

Order here if you like hair on pizza. Picture attached.
Hair on pizza, (from a weave) I asked a hair stylist to examine it since they happen to be in the room. crappy service, unclean, and lackluster toppings ordered supreme pizza (missing toppings). Last time I order from this Pizza Hut.
Yep employees using cell phones at work while busy talking about personal life makes it hard to concentrate on making pizzas.
This place has gone from okay to crap. Look somewhere else and close this place down until they get new management and help.
This is not just one or two time event but a consistent pattern of failure. One good employee does not even out the other employees.

This place was terrible. Empty pizza buffet at lunch time, empty tables left unclean from previous guests. Waitress had to go ask the two cooks to make more pizzas. The cooks were standing behind the counter staring into the lobby as if a tour bus of athletes has just eaten all the food in the building.
Our waitress seemed to be in charge, because she was the only employee who was there to work.
I would recommend that you skip lunch as oppose to going into this place and letting the experience jade your opinion of Pizza Hut.

This was probably one of the worst dining experiences of my life and considering that Pizza Hut is a staple in many of our childhoods — like McDonald’s — this was a huge let down — and I can tell you I will not be back to any Pizza Hut in the near future as a result.
It’s dirty. It needs to close for a day and be scrubbed the hell down. With bleach. Chairs, tables, floor and especially the high chairs.
It is understaffed. We went on an evening during the dinner buffet. Barely any servers — sat ourselves and waited awhile.
The people next to us let their little baby eat off the table directly. That was horrifying and disgusting. Do you give a crap if your child actually gets sick? STOP BREEDING.
I stopped eating after my 2^nd plate. The cheese had a weird smell to it. Like retch. I’ve never smelled anything like it at a Pizza Hut. It turned me off totally and waited for my family to finish and we left.
We will be back to this area often because my sister is stationed at Scott. But I will never step foot in there again.

Seriously??? In at 8:25. Very loud vacuum cleaner. Haven’t even gotten food yet and ready to leave. You can’t wait til people are gone to clean up. Oh, and lets not forget the great greeting… what you want to drink? If these great people cared at all about their jobs, maybe they would care about their customers experience! Obviously not!

I visited this pizza hut today with a friend this evening to dine in for dinner. I’ve visited and ordered from this Pizza Hut over the past 2 years, and the service has been good. My visit today was unbelievable… we asked if we could dine in, and the girl in the open kitchen area flipped out by saying, «Seriously, they can’t dine in! The dining room’s closed…» After hearing that, we decided not to return to this pizza hut after being told it was closed very disrespectfully. I have worked in fast food, so it’s sort of understandable to have feelings like that, but to say it to where the customers can clearly hear it? Very, very unprofessional on that employee, and a very unprofessional look for this particular store. They do need to improve their customer service training program, and if she wanted to vent she should have had another employee take care of it. There is a polite way to tell someone your business is approaching or is at closing time, and that was not even attempted. Not even an apology was attempted after both of us and the employee near the register heard her yell it out loud. I will stay away from this location, and if I order from Pizza Hut, it would be from the Belleville location. There are more professional ways to handle this. This Pizza Hut does not have their business and dining room hours posted on the doors. I did take a picture of this; most restaurants post their hours on their main doors… at minimum. I am awaiting comments from Pizza Hut about this incident. I will try to post a photo of the door.

This Pizza Hut is pretty tired and run down! The staff somewhat maintains the appearance of the dining room; tables are clean and tidy, chairs are in good condition. But the carpet is always dirty, regardless of the time of day or number of customers. Fixtures are old and show signs of extreme wear. The counter/​customer service area is cluttered and disorganized.
Sorry, I’m an East Coast guy, so Pizza hut is not real high on my list of «legitimate» Italian Pies. But living here in the Mid-​West, your options are extremely limited, and let’s face it… sometimes, a quick call to Pizza Hut can be a convenient way to fill the void on a busy day.
The pizza at this Pizza Hut is pretty consistent with any other PH. The «Big Dinner Box» is a pretty good deal if you need to grab a large amount of food to feed the family quickly and painlessly. Their «stuffed pizzas» are okay. Not the wonderful calzones I’m used to… but they’re edible!
Okay an important note for the dine-​in crowd… avoid the salad bar. Besides having a very limited choice of items, it’s just so poorly managed. Look, salad bars aren’t the safest, most appetizing things in the world to begin with, but this won screams «food poisoning» every time I pass it! The items are rarely full or fresh. Cream-​based salads, such as potato salad, cole slaw, pasta salad, etc. are so neglected that a dark, shiver-​inducing film is always seen forming an the top and around the edges!
We order from here on rare occasions. Like I said… sheerly a matter of convenience. The pizza’s okay, but I can’t go any further than that!

I did not have a great experience here. We were at a pizza party so the venue was «pre-​selected». This has bad Pizza Hut since when I was a kid. No surprises that it has not improved.
There was not much cheese on pizza, and frankly not mamy toppings. They also did not put hardly any suace. To be perfectly honest, I have had Jack’s frozen pizzas better than this for about $ 10 cheaper for the pizza! The total was $ 33 for pizza, wings, and 2 sodas.
The only time the server hurried was to bring me the bill. Since they were changing servers and she wanted her tip?

So I was having a mad craving for some stuffed crust pepperoni pizza. We seen the sign any crust, any size, any topping =10… Well what it didn’t say was stuffed crust is $ 1 more. (not too big of a deal) This place had straw wrappers and crust on the floor. Yuck! The service wasn’t great. We had to ask for forks. Maybe I’m the only weirdo that likes to eat my pizza with a fork! Then our pizza came out and there was barely any pepperoni on it.(a couple slices had 2 pieces) and there was no cheese on the pizza itself. Maybe that dollar was to change the location of the cheese. Hmm. Don’t think I will go back.
