I have used the service for my cracked screen on my Samsung S4. As promised it was fixed and returned to me FAST! Excellent communication. Now the weird part. I rarely use the front camera. Maybe 2 – 3 times a year. Went to try to use it and noticed there was debris or someone over the lens. Made the camera useless. Dropped it back off at a Kiosk this afternoon asking for it to be fixed(repair still under warranty) got it back early the same evening. Again great communication and speedy service. Why 5 stars after an apparently botched repair? The way they handled it even though it was months after the first repair. No questions, no hassles. Oh, I was without my phone for nearly 4 hours AND I STILLSURVIVED! Maybe they can implement just a tad more quality assurance on their side before a unit is returned.

This place is great, if you have a cracked screen or something is broken on your phone or tablet. I know I have only taken iPads to them but I know they work on phones and other brands than apple. Each time I have received 10% off cards for the next repair, so that is awesome. I have a lot of ipad at my business that will be taken here if they get a broken screen. The Lady at the front desk is very nice and get you in and out quickly and makes sure to make you feel confident in the device getting back ASAP. Also on the first repair I had done it was on a mini ipad and when they took off the glass a chip was damaged and they had a specialist repair it for free. I was impressed with them doing that and not pushing that cost to me. It did delay the repair till the next day but I wasn’t in desperate need of the ipad as we have spares. I know there are a lot of options for repair centers now but this one is my new go to place. I am not sure about the previous reviews and I cannot comment on the kiosk service or calling in. I have always just gone up to the service center and had a great experience every time. Highly recommended.

I experienced extremely poor service. I called the 1800 number to ask about getting the audio connection on my IPad fixed. The person I talked to walked me through how to tell what model IPad I had– and they said it was a 2. They said I could go get it fixed as the item was in stock and I was leaving later today on business. I was informed that if I did the kiosk I would save 30%. So I immediately drove to the new Des Peres location. When I got there, a manager or someone in a non– orange shirt was working with the kiosk. I explained my situation and said I was told if I do the Kiosk I would save 30%. They said yes, and thats all. There were 4 people in orange shirts standing around but I had to wait for the Kiosk. After waiting for 15 minutes as they all stood around and the one person played with the kiosk, one girl offered to check me in online. She then realized she couldn’t as I wouldn’t get the discount. Finally I asked if they could just check me in at the main desk instead of waiting. I had explained several times, I had to have the item back by 4 pm and they said it would not be a problem. After finally checking me in, and being ready to go, then they finally checked and they did not have the part. In total, I wasted 45 minutes when I was told on the phone they had it in stock, I wasted 20 minutes waiting for the kiosk because no one wanted to check me in, and no one checked on the part until after I was checked in. I then just received a phone call from Fox Paw saying that they had a chance to look at my IPad and need to replace the audio jack. She was convinced they had my Ipad at the store. I tried to explain and that I was very upset. She said they had my IPad. I finally gave up and just said ok and hung up. Very disorganized and unprofessional. Thank goodness CPR could do the job right away and for cheaper.

I took my phone here to have the glass fixed. I knew the LCD still worked and I only needed the glass replaced however the technician I spoke to at the Foxpaw front desk said I would need the FULL assembly replaced and it would be 249.00. I then took my phone to 2 more places and they both said I could do glass only. I ended up finding a place that fixed my glass for 60.00!!! It looks brand new! I would suggest NOT taking your phone to Foxpaw.
