Great Tech and professional. Unit was not firing up properly and replaced a small item and within 10 minutes job done and heat back on!

First (and last) time hiring this company. Called for furnace check-​up before winter. Service guy (wish I had his name) came and tells me that everything is wet from a clogged hose and that we need a new circuit board. He said someone would call us with a quote on a new circuit board but to this day, no one has ever called. Well, the day before the service visit, my husband personally inspected the furnace and there was no water or leak. So, we called Apollo Heating and Cooling. They said we did NOT need a new circuit board and that the error code clearly stated that the pilot ignition was the problem. He cleaned the ignition and the furnace works great! I would NOT recommend this company at all!

Scheduled an appointment to have a coil changed in my furnace and the repair man never showed up and never called. Would not recommend hoff to anyone!
