JCPenney

Always have to wait to buy anything from this store. Clerks at front registers also do returns. I do not shop here often, and avoid it when I can. Hate the wait.

I would advise not buying shoes from JC penny. Several times I have tried I got a pretty useless employee to help me, and even then they were very irritated I asked them to do so. The young girl was more concerned talking about her homecoming to another employee then taking the time to try and help me out. And after I found 3 shoes I wanted to try on to compare she brought me back 2 pair they had with the three shoes I had brought her stacked on top of the boxes. I really didn’t log their locations, and maybe I feel to entitled to expect them to put them back. But it kind of threw me off, and added time shopping to hunt down each spot they came from.
They girl manning the shoe area later was in another location (half way across the store) folding clothing, with no one in the shoe area. I can only assume they put inexperienced people in the department.
Anyhow I refused after to even consider buying shoes from JC Penny, maybe I shouldn’t even expected much in the first place.
