This place is a two star at best. We had a early morning check in due to a flight delay, so when we arrived I was somewhat impressed with the appearance of the lobby and the hallways. I should have known somthing was up when I saw all these printed signs pasted everywhere stating that there will be a 150.00 dollar charge for smoking in the room that doesn’t bother me because I don’t smoke I just thought it was a little excessive. Back to the room we check in at 1:30 am so we ate a little tired however I alway look to the bedding to ensure that it is clean and suitable to sleep in I did notice that two of the three pillows didn’t have pillow cases and one of them had make up on it so we informed the desk person that the bedding was not ecceptable and that the rooms floor needed to be vacuumed sometime later we noticed that the bath also need to be cleaned. So we just made a simple request to have the room adequately cleaned so we continued attending our conference as we returned from the days activities we returned to a room that had not been cleaned. It is definitely apparent that this place just wants to be a extended stay and sneak in the accational short term stay be treat them the same a word of advise you can mot treat a short term statute same as a extended stay the expectation of the two are totally different. And you definitely should not sell a room that is not ready for someone to stay. So I disagree with the review of good customer service everyone need to be trained on customer support and satisfaction. I would like to see those enprovements before I stay at your hotel or extended stay or what ever you call it.

1030PM and we are sitting here in the living room to wait for them to come up to change our bed sheet. There is a large size yellow stain on it. We initially had to switch room because the first room smelled like pee. Apparently this was an assisted living complex that was later converted into Mainstay suites. This place has a a good size kitchen which includes a dishwasher, stove, refrigerator and microwave. No paper towels and there is no dishwashing detergent; the phone for the entire hotel inside your room doesnt work. The printer that you have access to in the lobby doesnt work. The shower stall is extremely small with a hand held nozzle. Water coming out of it is really weak. Of all the disappointments, I must say that there is a bonus for staying here and that is the staff is so accommodating. However, in order to charge the amount of a 4-star or 5-star hotel, they do need some work in order to make it a better experience for their customers. Looks like there were only there were only two staff members that work in the entire hotel. Staff unprofessionally dressed.

Such a nice and clean hotel with excellent breakfast and very friendly staff! I highly recommend this hotel whether your staying for business or pleasure! If we are ever back in the area, we will definitely stay at Mainstay Suites again!
