My dog has been groomed here several times, and it has been a good experience. However, the pet boarding experience is not at all what I expected. Our dog came home with yeast infections in his feet, and ears. He also had two hot spots. He was completely fine when we left him, and I was very upset to see his condition upon my return.

Today was my first experience here and we will definitely be back! I have a little chihuahua who is not a fan of the groomer and in the past has come home traumatized. I loved that they offer a self service station so my pup wasn’t quite so nervous.
I can’t say enough nice things about the employees! They were all so kind and knowledgable! My pup is not the friendliest with strangers but Kayla was so patient with him. She was able to put him at ease and clip his nails with minimal grouchiness from my pup. Thank you so much for the positive experience today!

WooHoo As good as it gets, hardly starts to even describe the wonderful customer service from Jessica, Lisa, Jackie and staff. They are all so wonderful with loving, grooming, and caring for your and your dogs personal needs. They also are amazing with food choice, my dog was scratching and they recommended a grain-​free diet and we haven’t looked back since.

Let me tell you how amazing this place is… the amount of customer service I received has inspired me to create a Unilocal account because they were so amazing i had to tell everyone!!! Not only was the girl professional and helpful, she also referred me to a vet and had a lot of great suggestions for my dogs! It costs $ 20 for a shampoo and nail trim… and new clients get $ 5 off… LOVE

Jessica is certainly the local «dog whisperer». We have taken our dog to several other groomers but found her to be excellent. Make sure you call ahead as she is getting very popular. I highly recommend Paws and Relax!
