I went in here this morning with my sister in law. Decided to try somewhere different. We walked in around 11, so an hour after they opened. No, Hi, how are you? Welcome! Good morning, etc. I approached her and kindly said we do not have appointments today, but we were wondering if you could get us in sometime today for a mani/pedi. still not looking at us she goes through her computer and says… TODAY? Yeah… no not today. We can not accommodate you. I replied at all today? She said nope, not today. Well due to the fact they stay open until 9 pm on Mondays I was overly shocked! What turned me away was her attitude! Especially when it come to me paying for a service. I am in the beauty industry so I was EXTREMELYDISAPPOINTED! IFSHE would have treated us with respect and a kind manor from the beginning we would have just made an appointment to come back another day. She did not, so we left. She put such a sour taste in my mouth I would not recommend this spa to anyone.
A salon receptionist may be the first point of contact that salon customers have when entering a salon. A friendly smile and a warm personality at the front desk will work to the benefit of a salon by making clients feel comfortable and welcome. Salon receptionists are often much like the spokesperson of a salon because they schedule appointments and represent the salon both over the phone and in person. SHEWASNONEOFTHESETHINGS!

I went there recently for a deep tissue massage — it was very disappointing, and definitely not a deep tissue massage. It was more like something a friend would give with no training whatsoever. Usually the masseuse asks at the beginning what kind of massage you want; she never asked. Usually they ask, «is this enough pressure or do you want more pressure?» Nada. Zip. Next time I’ll scratch my back against a door jam or tree and get a better massage! Save your time and money and go someplace else.
