This location is 1.1 miles from my house and they told me they don’t deliver to my area and it’s a «dead zone». I called 2 other locations who both told me this is the store that delivers to me. I have ordered Jimmy Johns more times then I can count and now all of a sudden none of them deliver to me when there are 3 locations within a 1.5 mile radius. Pretty annoying if you ask me.

Ordered here a few times for delivery. Almost every time I add avocado they «forget» to put it on. This last and final time It took 50 minutes for the sandwich to get to me (i’m only 3 blocks away at work) and once again they forgot the avocado and hot cherry peppers. It’s extremely annoying and I will not order there again.

Freaky fast! I’ve been ordering sandwiches for delivery from this location whenever the craving hits or when I can’t get away from work to take a proper lunch break. I’ve noticed if you order during the noon rush, it might take awhile to get your sandwich. However, if you order during the 11 or 1 o’clock hour, your sandwich will arrive speedily. I ordered my sandwich online today around 1 and the driver made it to my work in less than 20 minutes. That could be some kind of world record.
The subs are usually made right and there’s so many of them that I like. My new favorite is the vegetarian, add onions, hot peppers and vinegar. Yum.

I got a pickle (FYI these are GINORMOUS, you might want to share with 1 or 2 people), salt and vinegar chips (vinegar taste is soo strong and oddly good), and the Vito Sub. It was pretty good… that’s all I have to say.

I work across the street from this location and our company has ordered lunch from there on a number of occasions. They also seem to mess up my order, which is so simple #4 no mayo. That’s all I ask for is no mayo and yet each time I order it, there’s a thick layer of mayo on my sandwich. I even tell them I’m allergic and it’s STILL on there. This time around when I called to inform them of this mistake I spoke to a rude, inconsiderate teenager who didn’t even apologize. He went on to tell me that I didn’t specify no mayo. Seriously kid, I wrote it down on a post-​it and handed it to him. He said he would make a new sandwich and I let him know I couldn’t come and pick it up because I was at work. He said he would deliver it so I said fine. He verified our address, I confirmed and then hung out. About 20 minutes go by and nothing. My co-​worker went and picked it up for me and when he came back he said they were never planning on remaking it and delivering it to me. What HORRIBLE HORRIBLE customer service! Whoever allows their employees to treat paying customers this way should be fired. I didn’t want anything free, I just wanted my sandwich made correctly, but I guess that was too much to ask for. This company prides itself on being Freaky Fast, maybe you should slow it down a bit so you can actually make an order correctly. Needless to say, I will no longer be ordering from this establishment!

Very good sandwich here. I have no complains about this one location. They friendly and always make good sandwich I like to eat.

Can’t go wrong with Jimmy John’s! #6 Vegetarian is my fave, but all the subs are solid. Best salt and vinegar chips anywhere. This location is fine — parking lot can get pretty hectic, service is decent, music is a bit too loud and its usually kind of cold inside. Come to think of it, I sometimes feel like a bunch of college kids (i.e., the workers) are letting me eat lunch in their dorm room. But for a quick lunch, it’s perfectly acceptable.

Big fan of Jimmy Johns but this location stinks when it comes to online ordering and delivery! Come on guys, improve your customer service.

This is a real good one. These guys and gals know what they are doing here. They show a very high level of enthusiasm and the sandwiches just taste better and look better. The place is very clean and they look you in the eye when they take your order, very important. Again. Having been to several jj’s, this place is top notch.

Best fast sandwiches EVER! I had the Turkey Beach Club. Something about that bread man… yummmm. They are soooo fast. I enjoyed the chocolate chip cookie but the whole pickles they sell, not so much. I’ve ordered delivery from about 5 minutes away before, tell me how they got to us in 7 min. Whoa. Love me some Jimmy Johns!

I have always been a fan of Jimmy John’s. This Jimmy John’s, however, I’ve never even been in. I always order delivery while I’m at work, and today I tried a sub I’ve never tried before, «The Vito». It was awesome. I had it without onions and tomatoes and added cucumbers. The meats, provolone, and Italian dressing were all so tasty on that wonderful bread. I don’t know if it is me being pregnant or what but this stuff is awesome!

Subs so fast you freak is right! I often have my sammich in hand before I’m even finished paying. What more is there to say?
The wheat bread rocks! The beach club and tuna are faves. And oh, I find it amusing that their water cups are those mini red, plastic ones. Do you think Jimmy’s a fan of flip cup?
