Not only do I love Subway, their food is always good and service is always good, fat and polite. Today at this location one of their employees went above and beyond. Lately I am always in a hurry so I bought my sub, but my receipt in the bag said thank you and left! WITHOUT my food. So I called just to make sure my tuna sandwich was left behind and hiding in my car somewhere. That would not be a good smell. Long story short Adrian answered and indeed my sub was left behind. When I told him I could not go back to pick it up he so politely asked to bring it to my office that is not to far away but he did not have to offer. I actually took him up on the offer which I thought was so nice of him! Thank you so much Adrian you saved the day! I promise not to forget my food anymore!

My server was Adriana, this sweet and patient 40-something yr old woman with a cute Mexican accent. I am an indecisive person by nature and hardly ever eat at subway so I took my sweet time familiarizing myself with the selection and slowly going down the assembly line. She was patient with my questions and said«whatever you want, I will add!» — my kind of customer service :) My sub was good(maybe because I’m good at putting together complimentary ingredients: p)

This place is so stingy I can’t even believe it! The first time I went there I asked for black olives(which I love) and the server LITERALLY put 3 olive pieces on my sandwich. I asked for some more and she seriously added 1 more olive piece. I asked for a little more and no joke she PRETENDED to put more on my sandwich! I mean who does that??? I was shocked and didn’t know what to do so I just proceeded down the line where the manager, who had been watching the entire affair, informed me that black olives are the most expensive of all the garnishes. Why do I care about your costs?! And why is it that I have had no trouble getting a big handful of olives at any other subway ever?! I returned one other time, hoping that they had mended their ways but it was worse. Even the spinach, green peppers, and onions were being rationed out like it was the apocalypse. The manager obviously couldn’t care less about his customers and has trained his staff accordingly. I love Subway and this one is right next to my work but I will NEVER return.

Let me start by saying that I like subway. I enjoy the fact that they have gone out of their way to make their sandwiches«healthy» and low in calories and fat… as compared to the rest of the fast food industry. However, this particular one sucks. This branch has to be the worst designed restaurant I’ve ever seen. It is a very long and VERY narrow restaurant crammed in the middle of a small strip shopping center. There is hardly any room at all for seating… very cramped. It is always busy during lunch time and at times the line can get very long. The workers seem to not understand English very well when you are describing what you want or ordered. I have been charged incorrectly a few times. Parking at this location is horrible as well. There are hardly ever open parking spots and you have to drive around to find one usually. However, it’s still a Subway(which is good for at least a couple stars) and the location is good.
