McDonald’s

Actually good food late at night, always comes hot. Very clean inside and the staff is not the friendliest but still gets the job done. The only thing they have messed up for me is when I ordered a fruitopia but they gave me a Hi-​C. Wasn’t even mad about that. Still order accuracy is 90%, solid place.

Surprised this place has 2−½ stars! 97% of the time your order will be wrong! If I have to, next time (if there is a next time) I will tie that line up checking each and every item.

I frequent many Mc Donald’s locations. I think this is one of the best as far as order accuracy, drive through speed and friendliness.

Playland location! Sometimes you just need somplace that is indoors to take the kids. Clean, and plenty of fun for the kids. Food was quick and accurate. It’s McDonalds so I won’t go into the specifics other than I had to get fries and then re-​order fries and each time, hot and fresh.

Once I asked for a vanilla shake and they kept telling me I said a delux chicken meal, lol. Besides that, they are fast, foods good. I go here a lot on the run

Awesome McDonalds. The Playland has great tunnels. My son loves it. Bring your laptop, they have free wifi!

I went through drive-​thru to order a fish-​o-​fillet and the server kept asking me whether I want a salad… When I went to paid, they charged a wrong order on my credit card and cannot refund me, so I had to come in eventually.

Normally I’m pretty easy going about things, but when I order a cheeseburger I would like to see an actual patty between the buns and not just a piece of melted cheese with ketchup (and pickles to be fair). An honest mistake I’m sure buuuuuuut at the end of the day the burger part is PRETTY crucial. If you forego the cheese on the cheeseburger, I can get behind that because hey, at least I still got the BURGER portion. I can take down a hamburger just as well as a cheeseburger but a pickle cheese bun? What the heck is that? Alas, I won’t be returning. I’ve now learned the invaluable lesson that It’s best to just bypass this mcdonalds and spend your money on literally any other food in the vicinity. At least I know a few places that’ll go that extra mile and give me the patty when I order a burger.

Had gotten better for a while last fall and now it is rock bottom. Thanks for the food poisening from my Big Mac. Won’t be back again.

Okay, I hesitate to write reviews on anything because I always feel like maybe it was just a bad day, but I don’t think that’s the case. This McDonald’s is just plain gross. The inside is filthy, the playplace is just disgusting and I feel dirty when I go in there. I never let my kids play on those indoor things because of all the germs, and this one takes the cake… I had to go to the counter and ASK an employee to clean a couple of tables, the employees are dirty looking as well. Under new ownership I hear… could have fooled me, it seemed better before!

I received the wrong order in the drive through. When I went back the manager on duty was very rude about correcting the situation.

I don’t know what McDonald’s Gardenia H from Lombard eats at but surely it’s not this one @ the corner of Villa Ave & St. Charles Rd. This is THE WORST McDonald’s that I have been to hands down. The overall hygiene of the place and sometimes the workers is not very good at all. I gave it yet another try yesterday and it did not fail to disappoint as usual. I went thru the drive thru about 1:40 PM on a Thursday. My filet of fish was dry and my fries looked and tasted recycled (Re-​fried old fries).
This is my hometown and we also have a business in town. I wish I could give this place a 5 start review but no way

The absolutely worse drive thru in the history of fast food. They are slow and mess up order. You ask for no Onions and no mayo you are going to get onions and mayo. I actually think they do it on purpose. For a place that has the most workers I have ever seen in many Micky D’s over the years the workers here are the worse imanginable.

Rock N’ Roll at McDonald’s on Villa Avenue and St. Charles Road. McCafe Coffee for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It is a friendly, fast service when you need a quick snack or breakfast, lunch or dinner. Hot coffee or chilled smoothies to go. Salads are fresh. Great hamburgers and chicken sandwiches. McDonald’s always there when you need to eat something…
