Bought something here and then wanted a refund. I called ahead of time and they said they would give me store credit. Come into the store and the manager says he won’t give me any refund at all. These guys are a waste of time. And the cashiers here are terrible.

This is a truly awful pharmacy. It’s worth the trip to go to another location.
The pharmacy staff– mainly the woman pharmacist– is unbelievably rude, not only to myself but to everyone she seems to encounter in person or via phone.
It’s important when working with patients to have customer service skills, or even to just be polite. I would hope the Walgreens company would take notice of the comments about this pharmacy and the pharmacist, and possible monitor the patient service provided by this unkind woman.
It would be refreshing to be able to work with someone who would reinforce trust with your care, instead of what is currently happening. They seem to be a pretty busy location, and I am sure they would benefit from a positive replacement.

Worst Walgreens pharmacy ever! I had to wait at least 20 minutes in the drive thru and every time I went inside no one was there. They said they didn’t have all my info on my prescription so I had to ask them to please call the doctor, which took 2 weeks! After that they called and I came within a week tp find out they no longer had my prescription. So rude and worst service ever! Everyone in the drive thru line was frustrated each time I went (3 times to fill one prescription!!)

Worst walgreens ever. You will never leave in under 10 minutes even when buying one item. The older guy discussed before is the slowest human being in earth. Used to go like twice a day as I work down the street. Because of him shine I week never be back. Honestly unbelievable

Older male cashier is very friendly and sincere. No one else is. It’s easy to get to and there are 2 entrances.

Sub-​standard Walgreens. Ordered some pictures and had them sent to this Walgreens since I would be in the area. They were supposed to be ready by 1, so I planned to pick them up at that time and then head downtown to my dad’s so I can give them to him while meeting up for dinner. I ended up waiting half hour past 1.
As I was waiting, I wandered around the store. Pretty standard layout, though they don’t have as much as other walgreens, (books, gifts, etc). I kept checking back at the photo counter because I saw my pictures being printed. Finally, I saw they were done. A girl goes behind the counter and asks what name my photo order is under. I told her and she asked if I was sure because she didn’t see anything under that name. I told her they had to be here because I just saw them being printed. She finds the box with half of my pictures in there and scans the box. I said, «Um, is this all of them, because I think there’s some still on the printer.» Confused, she goes back and says «Are these you?» and I said yes. She said she didn’t realize it since the box was pretty much labeled and set aside as ready to go. So someone else had put it with the finished pile? I could have left without half of my order!
Glad we got that figured out, and she did give me a few extra envelopes upon request. Check your orders before you leave. Not my regular Walgreens so I won’t be coming back anytime soon.

I ended up going here to pick up some essentials. Nice well lit store with good service.

A fairly standard suburban Walgreens that’s fine for a quick stop for odds and ends. I picked up a space heater, mouse and headphones for the office with minimal fuss.

I’ve been to several Walgreens pharmacies. I began going to this location because it is located by my office. I will not go back to this location. Quite possibly the worst customer/​patient service I’ve ever experienced at a pharmacy. I would never trust the pharmacy at this location to care for family and friends.

I like going into Walgreen’s because you always find something you need. I usually go for the pharmacy but I would suggest shopping their sales, sometimes there are really good deals.
I went in for a card I needed for a wedding. I was in, found what I needed, and out.
